This is the second time ordering the lemon pepper dry and when I say Dry! I mean Overcooked. I had to go back in and ask for lemon pepper sauce just to even eat the wings.. Even the fries was Overcooked! Tasteless!!! No other problem with anything else I normally order!

The food was delicious but the floor on the patio under the tables and around was extremely dirty. Looks like it wasn’t cleaned for days, also the ladies behind the counter was very kind and attentive but the manager was only looking YouTube on his phone, I complained about the outside cleaning but he doesn’t care he just said thank you and keep watching his phone.

it’s super clean in here! that’s all i got tbh. the counter is run by two younger girls who were busy gossiping before they could acknowledge my presence. i was just there to pick up an order. the order was not ready and while i waited, the girls continued to talk poorly about their other coworkers and the customer prior to myself. please teach these young girls professionalism and polite mannerisms.

Most importantly the food is good. Chicken and fries are arguably better than the current/future others in the shopping center. Service and atmosphere was lacking. Staff asked us if we needed any condiments or sauces, then just directed us to the self serve bins. Over half the self-serve drinks were out and the staff shrugged when asked about it. Out of the 6 napkin holders, 4 were empty without care to refill while the team stood behind the counter.
The most problematic issue was really the indoor setup. The left door is a dedicated exit only but blocked by tables and chairs (that’s concerning) and the right door serves as the normal entry/exit. However the indoor flow wants you to navigate through the scrunched tables to the far left to order just to pickup food on the right and travel back left to sit. It doesn’t feel like the indoor space is meant for indoor seating.

Had an online order and ordered a large chicken fried rice. Didn’t realize until I came back home to eat that it was a regular size one. Called to let them know that they gave me a regular size chicken fried rice and they straight off the rip said they couldn’t do anything about it without even trying to figure out. But they been solid until this part. Good food but this was a terrible experience. Seen that y’all responded too. That is not the large unless y’all recently just changed sizes. It came in a platter sized container. Please don’t be out here lying. Respectfully

Sooooo good! I got the burger and it was delicious! Tasted like a gourmet burger but without the gourmet price. It was fresh, loaded with flavor and delivered with a cool imprint on the bun! The fries were perfect. Hot, crunchy outside and soft inside. This place will be a regular for me!

I’m a huge fan of cheesesteak sandwiches, and this place didn’t disappoint! At times, the front staff (cashiers) are busy in their phones and less attentive than I’d hope, but all in all, this is a family favorite. The only other downside is it takes acquire some time for our orders to finish. Again, with that said, the food is always steaming hot, fresh, and two to rock 🙂

We were the first customers in the door today. 30 minutes after ordering and they still didn’t have our food ready! They said when they open they don’t even have the kitchen set up yet. What kind of restaurant doesn’t have their employees coming in at least 30 minutes before opening to prep the kitchen? We used to love going on lunch breaks but now it takes over 30 minutes just to get the food and that’s our entire lunch break. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered vegetable fried rice because I’m vegan. (Probably shouldn’t have come here, I know but they had vegetarian/vegan options) Anyway, my rice had meat in it. They remade the order. Thanks. I noticed that somebody else order a house fried rice which is all the meats they have in the rice. So I have to wait for the order to come out first before they remade mine. Long story short, I eat the food and end up sick for 4 days. I have no doubt in my mind that they do not clean their dishes between dishes. So if you have an allergy or have dietary restrictions I wouldn’t recommend this spot. If you can stomach anything… then this might be an okay spot for you.

Time after time I come here staff and food does not disappoint. I’ve gotten wings, burgers, fries… you name it and i just can’t help but to gobble it right up. Shout out to Mike and Damalis for being amazing workers today!!!
