Hands down in the top 3 of best places to eat in Pagosa. My favorites are the Lah Mee Chicken, the skinny meenee veggie rolls and the bangin’ pork. Fresh ingredients daily, 10/10 flavor. Cucumber Bliss is refreshing; Thai Tea is great. Highly recommend!

In Pagosa Springs for the first time. The wife and I were searching for a good Asian restaurant and found MEE Hmong Cuisine. This is a legit 5 establishment with award winning dishes and my wife and I were about to try both of them. Wife had the Fried Rice Delight w/Chicken and I the BaoBao Ribs. Both of these were award winning dishes and we both agreed. Wifey’s dish was full of flavor, savory to her palette. The rice was moist and the chicken delicious. The Ribs were in off the bone form. Not overpowering but mouthwatering, glazing with flavor unparalleled. MEE Hmong is a pleasure to sample, a must stop for locals and visitors alike. A 5 Experience!

The Skinny Meenee rolls with chicken and the peanut sauce were delicious! I had the avocado boat with chicken and spicy mayo and meechi dressing, mmmm so good! My husband had the Bangin’ pork which is a seasonal menu item. It came with rice and was the tastiest item we got. We finished everything. I absolutely recommend the Hmong ice tea, it’s earthy, so yummy and creamy. The owner is so nice. We will go again before we head back to Mew Mexico later this week!

Visited on 10-15 and had the Lah Mee Chicken and the Bangin’ Buns. Wow, talk about flavor-packed. We loved the food and the service was great also. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!

Every time I go to this place, I get treated incredibly well! Place is always decorated with seasonal decorations. Very inviting. (Right now it’s Christmas) Then there’s the food. Always fresh and interesting! I praise the chefs for putting together delicious treats and trying new things. Honestly, you MUST give it a try if you haven’t already. You will not be disappointed!

Service was good and the food is amazing. First time me and my wife was in Colorado for our road trip and to my surprise there was a hmong restaurant there so I have to give it a try and the food was actually really good. If you drive by pagosa spring Colorado, you have to drop by and try out Mee hmong cuisine.

We were traveling through Pagosa Springs and stopped here because you don’t see Hmong cuisine very often. The service was friendly and they were happy to accommodate our request to avoid pork, which we really appreciated.
The cucumber bliss drink was unique and refreshing. The food was filling but didn’t feel heavy, and everything tasted fresh. The fried rice delight was especially good, and the spicy peanut sauce was a nice touch.
Definitely a solid stop if you’re in the area.

I got the Bangin’ pork and a hot tea. Gotta yell ya this is a bangin’ lil place. Very good food and plenty of it. A comfortable atmosphere, kind owner and a hot tea done right makes for a well deserved 5 stars across the board.
