Serious the cashier was VERY nice and super helpful that it made the experience feel more comfortable and better! I ABSOLUTELY will come back because of her, her kindess towards customers really made it enjoyable to be there. She was all alone and still kept a kind attitude towards everyone! who’s ever daughter this is granddaughter niece or whatever, she really needs to understand the concept of respect and customer service. For one she changed the hours of the store saying she closed at 12, and when my wife and my spanish speaking father in law arrived she told them she’s not serving them because she’s closed when they had gotten there at 11:00pm. so then my wife proceeded to tell her that she said she closed at 12 over the phone. then Tatiana said well i’m not serving you, then my wife asked why not and that’s when she proceeded with the “Oh i don’t feel like making anything and i’m tired i want to go home” My wife and father in law were confused and my wife said well why are you working here then? I was on the phone the whole time that this employee was being rude. She refused service because she wasn’t in the mood. So i went to see if i can get her managers name because she did tell us that if we had a problem to tell her manager that “my manager doesn’t care go ahead and tell her she said i close the store when i feel like it” So when i got there she told me she was closed. I got there at exactly 11:30pm. I told her i just want to get a sandwich since yall closed at 12 and she said no i close this store at 1130. so i asked for her name and her mangers name and she refused and a customer came in at 11:45 and i told her i thought you closed at 1130so she proceeded to walk towards me to try and smack my phone and to pepper spray me.

I stopped by the restaurant on Saturday night at 10:41pm because your website indicating that the location is open 24 hours. Complete false, I was turned away by a guy inside the store who was not wearing a Subway uniform and appeared to be waiting for the female employee behind the counter. Suggestion update your store hours online to reflect the actual closing time.

Horrible experience. Got takeout so I didnt realize my soft drink was contaminated with black bits of lord knows what. Genuinely mad that they just dont keep the place clean to avoids these kids of issues.

I went earlier today, the chubby girl that attended us had a bit of an attitude. Rushed me with the dressing when she hadn’t even started making the sandwich and didn’t ask for dressing on my second sandwich. Not going back there.

Went into this Subway today 8/15/25 at 5:15 pm. A staff member making the sandwiches by the name of Maria took me and my husband’s order, I wanted one foot long and one wrap. She proceeded to tell me that she was all out of wraps, without looking into the bread oven. I then begin letting her know my sandwich order and that’s when I tell her I will be getting 2 sandwiches then. She so happens to tell me oh wait I do have wrap bread. I tell her ok then I will like the honey mustard wrap. She begins to make it without asking me any cheese options or any topping options. She makes it with a weird cheese sauce that looked like nacho cheese, and I tell her to hold on because I didn’t want that type of cheese. Her response is that she cannot take different cheese options. She has to make it how it is on the menu. I told her we’ve had it different before and she refused to make it the way I wanted it. She also refused to make another one. I told her I didn’t want the wrap, I just took the sandwich and left. I will be calling headquarters to file a complaint. This is not the first time I have a similar issue with the same worker. The fist incident she refused to speak English to me because she claimed she didn’t understand or speak it. She also refused to take my order because of her not speaking or understanding english. This is the last time I ever step foot in this subway. What a shame because I live so close to it.
