The cutest little coffee shop attached to the Claremont. The service was impeccable. Attentive, kind, friendly, and warm. The drinks were delicious. Plenty of little snacks for hungry mouths. Games for playing. My wife would get a soy cappuccino in a ceramic mug every morning. I’d get a hot tea with honey, and a chai with almond milk later. Prices were reasonable compared to how much shops nowadays. Excellent shop! Highly recommended!!

Originally, I tried to go to the super famous bakery down the street, but it was incredibly crowded so I came here. I ordered the chocolate au pain croissant, and it was absolutely delicious! So filling and so tasty.

Service is extremely friendly here, I’ve never had a bad interaction with the staff. The coffee served is Equator coffee which is not too bitter but not too bland; just the way I like it. The pastries are massive and so good. I definitely would recommending allowing yourself this treat.
The decor here is aesthetically pleasing to the eye and they have a wonderful window that allows you to look outside and on a clear day, you can see San Francisco. There are chairs inside but there are lawn chairs set up outside that you are welcome to sit on. The only reason why I didn’t give this place 5 stars is because a latte was $7 which to me is overpriced. And yes, I know it’s overpriced because it’s the Claremont but I think $7 for a coffee is a bit outrageous. Other than that, I would definitely come back again.
In terms of parking, I was able to park in the parking lot and there was plenty of parking here.

A relaxed cafe off the Coach Entrance at The Claremont. Reasonable prices and good coffee.

The coffee and muffin were delicious, but the line to order was waaaaay too slow. Not sure if it’s an issue with the technology or the people. Both the person who took the order and the woman delivering the coffee were very polite. It’s a sweet place to have a bite and coffee, with a nice view.

View is nice, chocolat croissant amazing ($6), our sandwiches were definitely not worth a 5 star and we were coming in for a desert posted on Instagram that they only did last week so pretty disappointing 🙁

To say I expected a more refined experience would be an understatement. Cold breakfast sandwich that took forever and they didn’t seem to know how to make a mimosa. A group of us were enjoying the spa and they didn’t have appropriate cups to go. They literally poured champagne into a regular flute and then into a paper to go coffee cup. It is a lovely space but I won’t be going out of my way to return.

Three stars for service but five for food. The baked goods are amazing. They have huge ovens right on premises and appear to bake nearly everything themselves. Croissants and muffins are really over the top great. And the place smells terrific in the morning. Coffee service, however, is really, really slow. In the 3 days we spent at the hotel there were consistently only two people on staff and the lines for coffee were long. Be prepared. Maybe order a huge muffin first and munch on it while you wait … ?

One of my favorite coffee places. A bit off the beaten path, that’s what I like about it. Inside the lower level of the hotel. Right under the tower. Super friendly staff, good food and drinks. Nice comfy seating and a view of the City out one window. You can also sit outside in the hotel grounds.
