Tried getting in contact with the manager before coming on here to leave a review. I ordered my daughter a King Jr meal and thankfully I did not let her eat the burger in the truck. When we arrived at home I checked her food as always and found this sticker in it! Looks like they need to go over food safety protocols.

Stopped by this Burger King location as it was along my way. Came inside and was the only person inside, everyone else was at drive through. Stood at the counter for about 5 min before one of the girls finished chatting and came to the register completely silent. She just stared at me without saying a word until I said Hi! Took my order which I waited for 7 minutes while being only one inside. No thank you or anything either. Management didn’t seem to care at all.

Probably the best Burker King I have ever been to. I was impressed at how clean and modern the inside was, and the staff was very attentive and nice. The bathrooms were also spotless. Kuddos to the store manager and this store’s team for doing such a great job!!!

The customer service experience this morning at 6:20am from dropping my husband off at work is disgusting. There is a young hispanic girl that works opening shift with the NASTIEST attitude. Anytime I go there and have to deal with her taking my order, money, and giving me my food it’s never pleasant, but today took the gold medal. I have morning sickness so I go about 3 times out the week for a small order of hashbrown and an orange juice for my drive back home. I pulled up to the speaker and was not greeted only asked what I wanted. I gave my usual order and she tells me to pull around. When it’s my turn I pull up to the window and she is staring at me expecting my payment without ever giving me the total. I do her job for her and ask her how much it is, she tells me $1.81. I question it and ask is that for the hash browns and the orange juice? She questions me and ask me if I wanted to add an orange juice as if she didn’t hear that in the order. I tell her yes I want an orange juice and she proceeds to ring it in telling me she didn’t hear me ask for that with an attitude and tells me the new total of $5.01. Instead of acknowledging her attitude I hand her my phone for Apple Pay. Once I got my order and phone I pull forward and check the bag for the receipt as she didn’t ask if I wanted it I assumed she put it in the bag. After realizing I don’t have it I backed up and asked “can I have my receipt please?” She proceeded to get a bigger attitude and tell me “Then I’ll have to charge you for the Orange Juice because I didnt.” I tell her okay that’s fine go ahead and charge me for the orange juice. I grabbed it and put it out toward her asking if she needed to scan it in. She is acting big and tough saying yea you can give it back. She hands me a void recipet that has orange juice and small hashbrowns listed on it and tells me I can keep the hashbrowns and go. At that point I spoke up to how her attitude is nasty and she needs to find a better position fit for her needs because she’s clearly not a morning person nor a people person. At one point she had the audacity to ask me if I had mental issues. In the world we live in today that’s BOLD. People are getting their lives taken for less everyday. Imagine if this encounter hadn’t been with me, but someone that’s actually deranged and ready to crash out. This young lady definitely doesn’t need to be working anywhere that she needs customer service because she’s horrible in this position.

Although this is a lower rating I do want to start off I will return to this Burger King. My advice it to triple check your order at the register and in the bag before you drive off. I came here on Friday, January 13th and ordered through the drive thru. To start, the woman taking orders at the drive thru honestly needs to be removed from her station. I was two vehicles behind and literally heard her both times give attitude, backtalk and become aggressive with both customers who were just ordering and one asked a question. When it came to take my order I had no issues with her from my point of view she heard what I said and gave me my total. However, when I got to the window she clearly was distracted because she got my order 50% wrong. She wasn’t at the window it was another cashier and he was EXTREMELY friendly. He repeated the order back to me at the window and I did clarify the order was wrong. I wanted 1 whopper meal, 1 chicken fry meal and 1 side of chicken fries. The lady had rung up 3 chicken fries. I corrected this with the gentleman but somehow still ended up with a wrong order and got charged 3 orders of chicken fries. They did take a while to cook the meals however, having worked in the fast food industry fresh chicken that needs to be dropped into the fryer does take a while so this didn’t bother me. What my biggest issue was when I got home I was missing half my order. There was no fries in my bag and I was charged two meals, and for being charged 3 chicken fries I only received two orders. Considering how much they charge they need to really check the order and bag before handing it out the window. I’m extremely disappointed and will be disputing this with my bank since I didn’t receive my paid for products. Now to note, the food was fresh and for the most part everyone was friendly. I love this location as it’s easy access to enter and exit and good pit stop when running errands. I would just HIGHLY recommend triple checking your order was taken correctly and bagged correctly.

This store flat rips people off. Advertised price is not what you actually pay and they refused to provide receipt of purchase with price. Breakdown then refused to return proper change. You don’t even have to do the math look at the screen count out the money hand it out. Stop ripping people off!!!!!

Jair was so rude and unhelpful. Tried to order a shake and was told the machine is turned off at 9 for cleaning. Proceeded to ask what other drinks they have as that was I looked for and it’s been over 10 years since I’ve had Burger King. She said coke and didn’t elaborate, asked if they had sweet tea. To which she very curtly snapped no. So we got a sprite that we probably won’t drink and she made it a large. Ordered a whopper, fries and onion rings. The fries were hardly warm and the onion ring are very cold. The onion rings are probably the best part of this meal and they are stinkin’ cold. So very disappointed.
