We have always ordered from this Pizza Hut and have never had a problem until today. We got carry out like we always do and when we got him and opened our pizza we were disappointed. The edges weren’t completely golden brown, the bottom and half of the edges are still white, and it’s not fully cooked. Overall there’s more cheese and dough than any amount of sauce. We’re extremely disappointed and sad we waisted our money on a pizza for a stranger things night we were looking forward to .

My experience here was extremely disappointing. I went in for a carry-out pizza, and the first one they gave me had no sauce at all—just cheese and dough. I brought it back, and they gave me a credit and made a new pizza. Unfortunately, the second pizza wasn’t fully cooked, so I asked them to put it back in the oven. They did, but clearly not long enough, because when I got home and took a bite, it was still undercooked.
At this point, I ended up with two unusable pizzas and a lot of frustration. I would like a refund, but honestly I’m so irritated by the whole experience that I don’t even want to go back… and don’t get me started on the unprofessional customer service.

Only posting to beware and make sure to check before leaving store, pizza was burned and wings had no sauce. I called, said would give credit to pick up any time. I go to use said credit and nothing in system. So I lost out on order and money.

I am truly disappointed in the quality of food at pizza hut, my brother in law and myself went to this location two night ago to grab a pizza on our way back from atlanta and was sold one of the worse pizza from the hit. Got a replacement pizza the next day, it was much better I think they have changed something about the ingredients.

During my visit, I noticed that one employee, Lonnie (as indicated on my receipt), was working alone. Despite this, he provided outstanding customer service, demonstrating kindness and professionalism.

Ordered a Supreme Pan Pizza that I had to put it in the toaster oven to finish cooking the doughy crust.
I did not receive the breadsticks and I received the cinnasticks in a mini buns box.

Ordered today. Just ate the pizza. Was the wort pizza hut pizza I have ever tasted. It may be the worst pizza I have ever consumed in my life. May God have mercy on anyone that consumes food from this Pizza Hut location. Also they forgot the sauce for the bread sticks.

Well the food was alright however if I had received what I asked for it would have been better. Really hate getting home and the food was not what we asked for but you could tell they tried or were new something was going on. However the staff and manager were so nice I just didn’t bother them on a complaint everything doesn’t need a reaction but I will say I rated this because the last manager and the young guy running the register were very kind and already dealing with a complaint on wrong type of pizza before hand so I wasn’t going to do so.
