The food is very good and healthy. I try to go every Friday and buy 6 meals for about $65. You choose your protein and your selected sides, which are very generous. If you don’t cook, don’t like to cook, or just want to come home from a busy day and have your meal ready, then try Everprep. You will not be disappointed.

If you are doing a bulk or a cut and don’t want to spend hours cooking and measuring, this is the place.
All the people who work there seem really helpful and knowledgeable. Parking is really easy and fast, I usually spend less than 5 mins in the plaza picking up the food.

I’ve bought a dozen or so meals from here over the past month and I really like it. The staff is always very friendly and chill. The food is fresh and they weigh the portions so you can track your food accurately. They have compostable packaging which I love. The orange mojo sauce is so so good. I usually get the BBQ chicken, sweet potatoes, and edamame. My trainer Shane told me about this place and I’m glad he did! Fantastic place, give it a shot!
