Went for a couple salads as a lighter dinner and ended up paying the same as I would for two footlongs which typically I would be fine with but the portions were awful- I’ve had side salads bigger than these. I’m not sure if the high schooler helping me had never had a salad before but the spinach on the bottom of my first one didn’t even cover the bottom of the container and at the end I had assumed he would fill it the rest of the way, he didn’t so I asked for extra and got a whopping 5 more leaves. With a huge line behind me I didn’t feel comfortable continuing trying to prompt a kid on filling the bowl so I left with our measly portions. Not sure how the sandwiches are but highly recommend not wasting your money on overly priced side salads.

Bread was Raw and uncooked. Ordered ahead on the mobile app yesterday as we were on our way driving to Phoenix. Pickup was quick and easy and we were back on the road in no time. We were about 10 or so miles away before i realized the bread on one sandwich wasn’t fully cooked and half of it was still raw dough. Not sure how the workers could have missed that since it’s literally on the inside where the put the ingredients. If we weren’t so far away I’d have returned to get it remade.

Last two online orders out of three I requested the Italian bread. I then went to pick it up and apparently they were out of it and used white bread instead. I was not informed the first time and only found out when opening my sandwich. The second time I asked and they just said yes we were out so we just made it on white.
Here is the problem. Their white bread rolls are crusty, they flake and crumble all over the place when you are trying to eat it. It is like eating stale bread. Also very dry. You choke on it because it is so dry. Not sure why they are always out of Italian but make sure to call and ask before hand. I would not eat their white rolls if I was starving because then you would die of thirst or choke to death. On a good note their oatmeal raisin cookies are delicious.

Excellent sandwiches and service. I can easily tell that they havent sold an orange juice for decades, the pulp-free juice settled down into sediment and orange water. Very funny, but the place itself is great.

Brutally expensive! You’d be better off going to a full service restaurant rather than paying for those exhorbanant prices!!! We’re talking $30 for two footlongs excluding the meal deal… Anywhere between $8-10 for a 6″ sub excluding the meal deal. That’s not just the Subway that includes any fastfood eatery in Benson, AZ… So be sure to eat before or after visiting the small town of Benson!!!

We ordered take out for lunch. This was the saddest excuse for a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich ive ever had. Wouldnt even call it a drizzle of sauce on the sandwich. Had 2 tiny slivers of green peppers on it. I will not go back again. I cant believe they have the nerve to charge over $12 for this sad excuse of a sandwich. Id say do better but i wont know after today. This gross dry sandwhich is going in the garbage and subway wont get another dollar from me.

Went here last night to the worst service i have ever had at a subway. The worker, Noah, acted like he hated being there and every single part of the process of our order was an inconvenience. On top of that the work area was a disaster and messy, with privious customers food getting onto our sandwich paper as he slid our sandwiches across, and him taking automatic liberties such as placing any cheeses he wanted without asking. Meanwhile, towards the end of service, he didnt even cut our sandwiches and then got angry and slammed our sandwiches back on the board when we asked him too. This subway has only ever been passable due to lack of option, but everything combined made this a terrible experience, and the food itself was not worth the headach. Stay far away.

I occupied the store just after they opened, going to a job site, so the place was quiet. Got a footlong Turkey Blast that turned out to be a great sandwich. I didn’t get the extras cuz I don’t have a lot of time to eat. The place was clean, the service good and prompt. I did give them a Tip in the jar rather than add it to the CC. The sandwich was excellent.
I hope they are able to keep making great sandwiches, I just read where they sold to a company that owns a lot of chains and we all know what happens to quality and quantity.
