I had a Reward for a free donut and staff wasn’t understanding or listening that I was using it.
wasted way more time than needed and had an attitude about it but the real issue is that I found mold on my wrap
Of course it was the last bite so who knows how much mold I missed and digested into my body
This is just unexpected
Definitely won’t be back
I tried to think of other possible options of what it could be but nothing else could be blue around the food area

I had the opportunity to stop at this location. They didn’t have what I initially wanted on hand, wasn’t too upset about it. I ordered something else was happy with what I got. My wife and I ordered ice coffee, and it was great! I was not impressed with the face-to-face service. I think we waited for 15 minutes before someone got to us. Overall, I’d visit again but I think id stick to drive-thru. They seem to give them priority over people inside.

I want to preface this with, I’ve walked in and walked back out of this place so many times because of no one being in front. I took a chance today because I wanted something warm. I asked for a small hot white mocha, what I got was a small hot coffee with mocha syrup in it. I wouldn’t be this annoyed if it wasn’t literally on the menu. I also got a Ham and Cheese Croissant which was burnt. I think next time I will just pass.

Got grilled cheese not grilled at all!
Out of bagel for bacon cheese bagel. They asked if a croissant was okay. Then they forgot to even put it in the bag! HAD to go back and ask for it.
Another! Sausage cheese croissant had the paper in the sandwich!

I love their coffee but twice now there is nobody there to get my order that I ordered on line. Hours say they open at 4:00 am. Very frustrating when you are taking time out to get your treat.

Be prepared to wait forever for your order. They mess up very simple orders on a regular basis.
I clearly say whip cream on my ice latte
In the drive through every time. They always try to give me one without whipped cream. If this is the D.D. in McHenry on route 31 they’re cheap skates with their ingredients and clearly don’t care about making you wait for it. I boycott that place

DO NOT GO HERE. Put in a on the go order 5 minutes before we arrived, waited at the window 15 more minutes before anyone talked to us. I ordered my iced coffee the exact way I always do, and for some reason it came out with triple the creamer. Asked to remake, came out again white like milk. At this point we were very late and very pissed. Neither mine nor my wife’s were even drinkable, tasted like half coffee half water. Disgusting. We won’t be returning. This is unfortunately a regular occurrence. We kept trying because it’s right by our house and the loyalty system is nice, but enough is enough.

I tried ordering loaded hashbrowns and the staff had no idea what I was saying and I couldn’t understand what they were saying at all either. The coffee I ordered didn’t even taste like the coffee I get from other locations. Very disappointed with staff and service at this location.

Getting better. A new menu change only had one item not available (ps. Please in your change go back to the good croissants). I tried the on-the-go ordering app to speed up the process.
It was not worth it. There was a 6 car line up around the building so I went inside and even though I ordered ahead with the “speed saving” on go app and put a Time and destination in i still ended up being the last person served out of all the drive-thru and inside customers! I really don’t know why it would help or the purpose unless wasting time was the goal.
Donuts were a bit stale for 9am
