I do not recommend a delivery order from this store. They have door dash deliver your pizza and it will eventually get to you with rubbery cheese and not very hot because who knows where the door dash driver went first. Oh and forget trying to communicate with the driver. He will very rudely tell you not his problem. I called the manager and all he said was oh im sorry. So there ya have it. I do not recommend using this location.

Submitted an online order for cheese sticks. Was given a 25 minute wait. Showed up and the girl behind the counter was cussing and complaining about the large order she had just received and stated our order was not priority and would at least another 45 minutes, even though we ordered before the large order. Came back to pick up order and the other girl behind the counter was so rude. Will not return to this location!

Wednesday at lunch time is a 5-star pizza experience. I worked at a Papa John’s once upon a time and everything seemed like it was done right. Toppings were neither skimpy nor extravagant. Flavor was perfect. The pizza was hot. Of course I was carry out from the automotive place next door. That helps! Price was okay for this area and the fact that every business has decided to get dramatic with overcharging. Maybe the guy behind the counter can be surprised with a raise since “labor costs have skyrocketed”!

Each time I order from this location it’s always something about their drivers or DoorDash literally order my pizza. It’s been sent prepared. Then when I call Dasher picked up pizza then my Magically canceled then it’s always something it’s always something then they ask you to pick it up if I wanted to pick it up at a place to pick up order I ordered a deliver

Pizza was too rubbery. It could of been cooked longer. It seemed more like a hang out spot. For a group of kids who were up to no good. Doors where locked the whole time. Maybe keep out people who are not buying food and drinks. Suggest…but food was not worth it to me and pizza is my 2nd favorite.

The employee refused to change my bill, so I even bought a bottle of water to make it easier, but he was still rude. I called the manager, and he did the same thing—he said he’s the one who checks the reviews. In my opinion, I will never buy from this place again. The place is very dirty; I even saw mouse droppings. Disgusting!

It’s Papa John’s in Florida. Tastes the same as in Wisconsin, you know, where cheese is from. Is it the best pizzeria pizza in the world? No, it’s Papa John’s, and sometimes, that’s exactly what you want. The honey chipotle boneless wings are fire though! 5 stars, because people love to hate.

I had placed an order for two pizzas to be delivered to my rental property. The delivery driver Mr M. Wilkins called me to request the gate code, but static on the phone made communication difficult. I advised him that I was not aware of a gate. The gate was already open and dark when I arrived. However, upon the driver’s arrival, he became confrontational and displayed rude behavior while arguing with me about the gate. I asked him to leave the property three times before he finally did. After this incident, I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction and spoke with an individual who identified themselves as a manager, but they refused to provide their name and showed little concern for my experience. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

NO STAR RATING (but had to put 1 star to rate)!!! If you want a large pizza, don’t go to this Papa John’s unless you prefer a LOT of crust! Spent $19 for a LARGE “the works” pizza and received a SMALL to MEDIUM sized pizza on a large crust! Very disappointed!
