I come to this taco bell all the time since it’s the closest to where I live. I never go inside and strictly use the drive thru so my review will reflect my experience using that only.
Today, I had an amazing order – whoever was working the lunch shift put in the extra effort and it made my day. My cheesy bean & rice burrito and spicy soft potato taco had a good amount of chipotle sauce, more than I experience at most Taco Bell’s.
Otherwise, this Taco Bell is your run of the mill Taco Bell. Most days they don’t do anything atrocious and because of that I don’t see the point in docking points.
In the past, sometimes at night it did take them a long time to serve you (10+ min with me being the only car in line), and although they have recently fixed this, I don’t want to rate the store 5 stars because I don’t know if I just got lucky those days or if they made a concerted effort to change the issue. I’ll edit this review in the future if they are consistently doing well.
Overall, this place serves fast food, expect fast food, they do good for what they do, and they made my day today. I hope they keep it up.

I was very unhappy with my recent visit to this Taco Bell. I sat stuck in the drive-thru for over 40 minutes, and the lobby was full of customers, yet there weren’t enough employees to keep up. For such a busy location, the speed of service was far below expectations, and employees didn’t seem able to help or communicate. At the prices customers pay for tacos and meals, this store should have the resources to hire and properly support enough employees to keep things moving. The brand is built on quick, convenient service, and this experience was the opposite. Please invest in staffing and training so customers can receive the fast, reliable service Taco Bell is known for.

Had me wait 10 mins for 5 items, and then act like they had an attitude. I had ordered online at that, and asked for nothing extra. Next time im not pulling back to save yall times. Yall act like our time dont matter. Then my food was all thrown together, and yall aint even offer an apology or coupon… NOTHING. This the 2nd time I had horrible service here!

Staff was great this morning.
I gave 4 stars for service because the new model is very disconnected from the customer. Very brief interactions is a bit off putting. Its not the workers fault. Its the new normal everywhere where you order from a kiosk and then pick up the food. Its not very welcoming.
4 stars for atmosphere because it was clean but the inside color decor was too sterile and colorless. Bring back the 90s flair.

I usually enjoy Taco Bell for its food and quick service, but there is one major issue that makes my visits unpleasant every time. The man at the counter is extremely arrogant and consistently speaks in a rude manner. It feels disrespectful as a customer to be treated this way. Apart from his behavior, everything else is good—the food, the cleanliness, and the service from others. But his attitude alone is enough to ruin the experience.

Very small parking lot. One way in, one way out when the drive thru is packed. And it was. I went in to take it to go but no service. They had one girl working the drive thru, front counter, gathering orders, and apologizing to customers. You can tell she was overworked by the sweat and food all over her clothes. All of the workers were covered in food and I observed them never changing there gloves between handling money, food, wiping sweat, touching counters, etc.. They need a lesson in food safety and customer service.

Not a good experience on our recent trip to this taco bell. The food was thrown together; literally spilled out in the bag, and barely warm. Cheezy roll ups were practically cold and empty shells. The famiky and I returned to the restaurant to have our order corrected and were greeted by someone who clearly had no sense of customer service. Ordered the spicy tostada and got only God knows what?! I included a picture to show the original and the one they re did for us.Oh yeah and no napkins, seriously even after returning to get the food order right and specifically requesting napkins we still got no napkins,,,no napkin Taco Bell. It is quite clear they don’t care. I could blame it on the current global pandemic but apparently they were giving the same horrible service 7 mos ago.
