Mangoes need to do better with customer service and their food service has gotten worse. I was so hungry and chose to stop by, I got asun and rice to go. Getting home I realized it looks like dog food. Paying $40 for a trashy food is crazy annoying. I’m the kind to write reviews but I had to do this one cos it just made no sense that someone will pack a paid meal with their heart like this is insane.

Please update your posted Saturday opening time to 8:00 p.m. instead of 6:00 p.m. My group planned for a month to visit Mango and made multiple calls in advance to confirm the 6:00 p.m. opening time. Each time, we were told the same information.
We traveled from North Carolina, Richmond, Woodbridge, and Manassas as a party of ten. Upon arrival, the location was closed. We waited for more than two hours with no communication. A staff member arrived around 6:30 p.m. and waited with us, but no additional personnel came on site. Some of our group waited across the street, while others stayed at the door.
It wasn’t until after 9:30 p.m. that we were able to reach anyone. Ultimately, we had to return to Virginia without being served. As a regular customer, this experience was disappointing and avoidable. It appears the owner may have been out of town, as this is not typical of the service we’re accustomed to.
If your operating hours have changed, please ensure your website is updated and that staff provide accurate information when customers call. This was a significant waste of time for our entire group, and we hope corrective action will be taken to prevent this type of service breakdown in the future.

One of my favorite spots to hear good music, delicious food, smoke hookah, relax, vibe, and dance. The workers are awesome ; Askante, DJ Mixx, the cook, pretty Spanish barmaid ( forgot her name) security. Mr Kareem has a great staff. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a good vibe.

Setting establishment is ok, although the cafe offers very limited parking and additional parking is scarce around the surrounding area that can be foreseen as a dangerous area for parking your vehicle.
Drinks are somewhat expensive, and venues owner is the only people serving drinks, which makes for extended waiting periods to order drinks.
Inside the venue is a bit compact, which could be shoulder to shoulder on a crowded night.

INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS
Owner/bartender is a cool guy. Always shows love when we come through. Steak fries are on point. Bronzino on point. Rice is spicy but delicious. Good music, good vibes and chill location.
