I gave one star because of how the frappes are made in hope there might be some change. The frappes are made with too much cream. There’s cream in the bottom and on top. There is very little coffee frappe. It’s too sweet. We usually get them from Scooters because of this. Considering the price, it’s not worth the money when it’s mostly whip cream.

The workers were very friendly. The store was well capped. I was greeted as I came in the door, and the young lady asked me if I was a veteran. I am, so I got a veterans discount. It was really cool. I was really impressed with the quickness of my order, and the relaxing environment was certainly to be noted.

Addy was wonderful. She was the only one of six employees to notice us at the counter, in spite of the manager standing by the cash registers having a meeting. Addy was cheerful and put customer service first.
Melinda chewed out Addy in front of us for some reason. That’s pretty bad form. But then Melinda went on to restock and lost half of our food order. (It was found behind the food being restocked.)
Overall, not impressed. Except with Addy. Someone else should hire her.

Staff was super friendly however I waited about 20 minutes inside not drive thru for my drinks. The drink i got (caramel macchiato) which is typically creamy and has a taste of caramel is incredibly bitter like it was almost all black coffee with a tiny splash of milk and no caramel.
