I’ve been wanting to try this place for a year. Based on excellent reviews..
The portions are WAY smaller than pictured on their menu. (Yes I know they ‘recently got a new website’ however, it doesn’t load.)
The Reuben was NOTHING to write home about. And not worth the price.
If you want an awesome Reuben that’s cheaper (AND a whole one could serve 1 person four meals?) Go to Jimmy Dee’s. $15.
Yes it’s much more north, but I live equidistance from BOTH.

I’m so glad I found this place! I thought all the good jewish delis were further out in the suburbs but this is the real gem. Their matzo ball soup, tuna sandwich + pickle brought me home to family cooking. So so good.
I ordered at the counter to go and the food came out quickly. The staff are very sweet and efficient. The restaurant itself is super cute and quaint. I love the history all over the walls. The articles and family photos. What a great establishment, excited to come back. Thank you!

Been going here for years. Always fresh clean food hot. The pickles are to die for. I like that the sandwiches are named unique names, family members. I’m supposing nice and friendly here. If you’re looking for a good corned beef or Reuben, this is the place to be come and check them out. The potato salad is really good too.

This place makes epic sandwiches. I would go back so many times. I’m so excited that they have a beautiful fish tank. The decorations here are abundant. I’m really happy that I got to go and I wish it was more busy.

Uhh, well I grabbed lunch for my daughter (7) and I.. ordered carryout and I was pretty disappointed. 1st the price…yeah- no. 45+ for chicken tenders and a sandwich?? No fries with mine just a tiny side of slaw. Kinda high for my liking. I kept saying that that sandwich better be the best sandwich I’ve ever had… It was like a regular ol’ Reuben.. a tad dry for my liking but maybe people just order extra sauce and I didn’t know ♀️ I mean it wasn’t horrible but not the best I’ve had..other thing I wasn’t fond of was our carryout bag had no ketchup, napkins or plastic wear so I had to go all the way back in and get them.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to try a sandwich at uncle Harry’s your missing out. Every time I go and get a sandwich I’m ready to go back again. The soups are another classic on the menu. Usually will get that to go for the next day because it’s soo good.

Claims to be a Jewish deli…but you get half the food you should for double the price you expect to pay. My wife and I ordered 2 pastrami sandwiches, one order of fries to share, and 2 cups of matzo ball soup. The bill was $49.40!!!! Absolute insanity. To top it off, there was about a third of the meat you would expect in the sandwiches. I feel so utterly ripped off and will never waste my money here again.
