Pj’s coffee House. It came a long way with their coffee. They have a wide arrangement, different brands of coffee and also different style of coffee. It is neck and neck with the competition. Starbucks every now and then you can swap up and try each one and help your own trial taste to see which you like best

I asked them for a white chocolate latte with an extra espresso shot and less ice for which I was told there’s an up charge, guess what?? I paid extra and still didn’t get the extra shot and regular ice. We ordered three bacon egg and cheese and were not even offered a bag. I love PJs but this location has terrible service.

Went through the drive-thru. Let me start with the customer service. There was no greeting, just a “hold please,” then a “go with your order.” The lady was rushing us with our order, and the location wasn’t busy. When I went the window to pay, the guy at the window provided adequate service with a greeting and exit greeting. I ordered an iced Chai tea latte. The chai tea latte was pretty good.

This PJs location has good Wi-Fi, a great counter next to the bar with lots of outlets (see photo), and great lighting. Im not a huge fan of PJs coffee in general (hence the four stars) but this location is solid for hanging out or working on the computer. There’s a little patio in front next to the parking lot but it’s noisy because it’s right off of vets. Also not a lot of good shade.

A went through drive through to order my drink .She wasn’t very friendly. A taste of my drink once I received i. And it was made wrong. I went inside and asked if they could fix it for me. She gave me an attitude and asked me how I wanted it. And I said that y’all didn’t put vanilla in my drink can i get one with vanilla in it. That was a big hassle for her so she walked away with an attitude and another girl helped me and got my order right.I didn’t get to have a good day inside ir at the window. I didn’t get nothing total bad attitude with both people working there today. I didn’t deserve that.They got my order wrong all I wanted it was it to be fixed and be treated nicely. Never again.This is the 3rd time this has happened.I only go to this location because it’s convient no other reason.

The coffee is consistent PJs coffee, which is pretty much below average but normal for chain coffee shops.
This particular location is overall relatively clean, but the employees could stand to do a little cleaning when they’re not busy instead of chatting on the phones. No big deal, but just not 5-stars.
The seating here is pretty good, but they could use a little more. There are enough outlets ro plug in when needed, and the wifi is fine. There is a little bit of outdoor seating, but not a whole lot of shade.

I placed a large order and was told to wait for about 30 minutes. When I went to pick up my order, they informed me that some items were unavailable and asked if I could make substitutions, to which I agreed. I waited an additional 40 minutes, but the staff member who took my order had already finished their shift and left. After waiting an extra 10 minutes, I inquired about the delay and was told to continue waiting. In total, I waited for nearly 2 hours, and they ruined my day.

The only reason I gave one star is because I had to in order to leave a review. This coffee shop on three different occasions has messed up a simple coffee order. I thought maybe it was just the barista that day but no. Every time I order a shaken espresso I’m given sugar milk for my order. So much so the liquid is a cream not even brown. To pay $6+ for a coffee and it not be made right is highly disappointing. Time to retrain your barista. I will not return.
