I hate that pizza places use Door dash instead of their own drivers now. Food was late, left in the snow outside, the Dasher Jacob did not even knock, and the food was subpar. The cheese sticks had hardly any cheese, and the wings practically sauceless and dry. Not worth the $65 spent on wings, cheese sticks and papadias. This store used to be so good, better than pizza hut, now I’ll just stick to Dominoes I guess.

My whole order was trash! My boys eat everything and they barely had 2 slices a piece of their pizza. I ate 1 of mine. Normally we do dominos but figured we change it up. Papa Johns in cincinnati is great. Down here another story. The Blondie was burnt at the bottom. The chicken barely had sauce. If I had a car I would be bringing this back. Also if i could file for a refund I would. My son has a broken leg and been on bedrest and he paid for it with his Christmas money as a present for the family. Smh disappointed is an understatement.

They made my pizza wrong and their store mooron, Justin, actually blamed me the customer. When you order a pizza 1/2 no cheese, it should have no cheese, period. If you question the order pick up and call to clarify order before making.

(Update. : So I got my replacement pizza and it was to be square cut and they cut my pizza 16 times and said we did that because we seen that you wanted smaller slices. Ummm that’s still not square cut. If you messed up then accept that you did and fix it. Stop arguing with the customer Shawn) My pizza was delivered part way out the box. The green dye was on my pizza. Couldn’t get anyone to pick up. 1 1/3 wait time. Had to go get my order fixed. Not happy at all!! Even my hands were green.

Will not be ordering again I placed an order for $56.75. 2 medium pizza’s 2 extra large pizza’s and 2 chick wings order. I get home to find one of my medium pizza is missing toppings and cheese one 3 piece of the pizza. I call up there and manager said just bring it back up there and they would remake it for me. Why would I dive all the way back up there to have a pizza remade. Now I will have to wait to eat my out pizza and now my child would have to wait to eat her pizza and now I have to waist gas to go all the way back to a store that should be disappointing for even sending it out like this! Never again will I order from this place.

Pizza was okay but really with these wings? They’re supposed to be TOSSED hot wings. Unreal. The only reason they get any stars is because the man at the service counter was really kind. I wont be returning to this location again.

Made my order on line. First had to go through the app 3 times to get to accept order. Then instead if Papa Johns delivery they chose door dash for me. Order was wrong. Called spoke to Manager who sound like he didn’t care and was rude. Was told nothing could be done about it that I ordered wrong. I double checked before I placed the order. Do not waste your time and money. 62.00 down the drain. Haven’t tried the pizza yet probably not what I ordered either do chicken wings were wrong and not well done as requested

Did carry-out. Perfect pizza, exactly as I created with the app. Thin crust whole pepperoni/ right side mushrooms and green olives. Customer service was acceptable not friendly not rude.
