I stopped in to buy a cup of ice for the drink I already had when the guy went to make it another worker stepped in and refused to give or sell me the cup of Ice unless I paid for something else. I had no want or need for anything else so after making the cup of ice they wouldn’t give me it or let buy it. I get ice from dunks and Starbucks all the time as im a contractor that brings lunch to work and I’ve never had this issue before nor have I been talked so rude before. Will not be getting ny girls morning coffee from here any longer.

I have given this location way too many chances. The staff are rude, the counter is a mess and if you’re in any kind of rush then don’t bother. I ordered ahead 30 minutes because I know how slow they are and still just sat there for another 20 minutes and ended up walking out without my ONE venti hot coffee. It just sat there on the coffee machine with my name on it and when I asked for it I was ignored. They just walked away from it because they were busy and they can’t keep up. I’d drive to another location.

I wish to applaud Nicole for her customer service. I have been going through a family crisis and have been coming in often. She has asked me how I and my brother are doing through these times. Drinks are the same as any Starbucks although it can be slower than typical. But the atmosphere is not cozy or welcoming or professional feeling. Only a handful of comfy seats, one small table and one bigger, and a really, really dirty floor. The staff seemed overburdened…they should hire more people.

I don’t typically write reviews like this but this location is absolutely terrible. My husband and I went on a Saturday at approximately 10:40am. My husband placed a mobile order ahead of time. When we got there, the drive thru line was in the street. But my husband went in to grab the order: a coffee, a tea, and a breakfast sandwich. He had to be somewhere at 11am which was right around the corner from the starbucks. At around 10:55am, he came back out empty handed and told me it was a nightmare in there. He took the car to his location as to not be late and I stayed at Starbucks to wait for the order and would walk to meet him after
I had no idea it would be so bad when I walked in. I, no exaggeration, counted over 25 people waiting. Tons of drinks on the counter that were for no one waiting. People just leaving because they could wait no longer. The cashier even started offering refunds to people who could no longer wait. (I’d have got a refund but my husband paid with his card and I decided to wait it out.) There were like 4 or 5 people working, looking miserable which I understand but they were severely disorganized and understaffed. Half my order was ready and then I had to wait for the additional coffee which they made but never called out the name. My sandwich was ice cold. I walked out with my full order at around 11:30pm. I legitimately waited almost an hour for 3 small items (which I did choose to wait but this is absolutely unacceptable.) I will most definitely not return or recommend to anyone. I’ve been to this location previously as I used to live in Beverly, and they are always very very slow but this was like nothing I’ve ever seen. The Pic provided shows all the disorganized orders that were for no one who was actually in the store waiting. The crowd of people was only about half of who was waiting also.

Crazy parking situation, drive thru is an endless line of cars. Easy parking out back, with as great view of the river and benches to sit on. The location makes it worth three wait to get in the lot.

re wrote my review, said before I love the staff but the drinks weren’t consistent. One thing js they never have cake pops anymore. They have them once in a while. This place had always had a problem keeping up orders. But I’ve been many times after and I’d have to say that almost every single time the drink was really good. Think they definitely started training people better on drinks

I’ve waited far too long to leave this review but this might the WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They have never gotten the order correct (literally not once), the coffee received always seems to have been made the night before and it genuinely seems like the staff is blindfolded while filling and making the orders. To top it all off we had the manager from this Starbucks once lash out at my husband because we had a large order (3 drinks and 4 food items) and waited 5 minutes over the estimated “ready” time in to get it in the drive through. We thought ordering ahead would help and give them more time to fill the order. When I called to ask about what the issue was and why the employee had an issue with our order (not knowing it was the manager he spoke to), the manager got on the phone and said he spoke to my husband but my husband was a “liar” and he never said anything like that (the verbal harassment I asked him about). Overall, I’m shocked they can still operate the way they do.
