Sky Nova Cafe, Bar & Grill is an experience. It is like stepping into the old Star Wars bar from the first movie with the ultra-modern, space-age design. Throw in a dozen exotic aliens standing around drinking and the look would be complete! Then look out the floor to ceiling geometric windows, and the view captures your attention. We were there during sunset, which lit up the cliffs in a golden hue. It was spectacular!

Now to the menu: it was hard to read white on black, but our server promised they’re changing the menu in a few different ways. So when we come down there, we will have to see what has changed.

We ate light that night so I can’t review an entree. We ate strawberry, pear, burrata salads, edamame and dynamite shrimp. It’s off season, so a few things were not being offered. All the food was flavorful. We had the dynamite sauce on the side of the shrimp. The sauce was spicy for me, so that was a good choice. The prices reflect a high end restaurant, which is not a problem, yet when I’m spending $22 on a salad, I want generous toppings; not less than a dozen mandoline (extremely thin) slices of pear, a handful of strawberries, and slivered almonds. The sweet poppy seed vinaigrette was delicious. Having said this about their food, since neither my husband nor I had an entree, I will review Sky Nova again on our next visit. So, we will be back.

Firstly I want to congratulate the owner who designed this master piece in desert. We made last minute plan to go for dinner here and called to see the availability since we are not guest at resort. I called and got the information that 6 to 8 pm is busy so tried before 6, got parking. I was so amazed to see the ambience and my son loved the decor and service. Cheyenne was so kind to show us our seat and server was very attentive too. We loved tuna , Shrimp and Salmon dish. The presentation on food was good. Drink menu was very vast and loved what we order. I also loved the live music. We will definitely coming back to stay there , it is one of a kind and we love to explore it more in future.

Drove by on our way to Bryce Canyon N.P. and decided we’d have dinner here after a full day of hiking. The domes drew our attention They don’t serve lunch so there is a break in food service mid-day. We grabbed some sodas from the pastry counter and relaxed outside until it started raining. We finished our last 20 minutes of waiting at the reception/resort check-in area. Dinner service began at 5pm. Yanna was our server. She was very polite and attentive, and extremely easy to talk to. The food was delicious! And, of course, the atmosphere was fantastically out-of-the-ordinary! The galactic flatware, crystal dome-bottom glasses, and moon plates were great! I love a good, cohesive theme! The food delivery robot was also fun to watch. Highly recommend!

Great experience, beautiful views and well made fresh food. The food looked and tasted so natural. I had the fish and it was perfect. I also chose an old-fashioned for a drink it was decent. They have a full bar and live music.
The restaurant is part of a resort however you do not have to stay at the resort to eat at the restaurant. Worth a trip at sunset.

If you enjoy delicious food, great service, and a unique, cozy atmosphere, you must go here for dinner! The sweet chili miso salmon was cooked to perfection as was the bourbon blue burger! Very flavorful. The drink selection did not disappoint. Our waiter Windsor was attentive and helpful. We will definitely eat here again on our way through! We also look forward to staying at the resort next time!

An Incredible Experience — Beautiful Atmosphere, Great Food, and Unique Vibes!
We found this gem while exploring Bryce Canyon National Park, thanks to Google Maps. My boyfriend spotted it, and I’m so glad he did! I had no idea that Clear Sky Resorts had a restaurant on-site, and discovering it felt like stumbling upon a hidden treasure.

The restaurant is about a 30-40 minute drive from Bryce Canyon, and we made it there just before sunset. The drive itself was scenic, but the real treat was when we arrived. Their grounds are beautifully maintained, and we got to see the stunning domes that make this resort so unique. It made us wish we had booked a stay there!

Once we stepped inside the restaurant — WOW. It’s absolutely gorgeous. The dome is massive, with beautiful decor that feels cozy yet upscale. The atmosphere instantly felt warm and welcoming.

We started with some wine and beer, followed by truffle fries as an appetizer. For our main courses, I ordered the Apollo Brick Chicken, and my boyfriend got the Hubble Penne Pasta with Chicken. Both dishes were fantastic — flavorful, well-cooked, and beautifully presented.

One thing to keep in mind: the food does take time to come out, so be prepared to relax and enjoy the ambiance. But trust me, it’s worth the wait!

About an hour into our meal, a live singer started performing. The live music was such a wonderful surprise and really added to the experience. It made our evening feel even more special.

To top it all off, when we asked about dessert, our server told us we could grab free marshmallows, chocolate, and cookies to roast outside at their fire pit. Of course, we couldn’t resist! We grabbed a pack (you get two marshmallows, but you can ask for more) and headed outside to enjoy the fire under the stars.

Roasting marshmallows outside in front of the fire pit was the perfect way to end the evening. It felt magical — the combination of the warm fire, the starry sky, and the cozy dome made it an unforgettable experience.

If you’re in the Bryce Canyon area, I highly recommend making the trip to this restaurant. It’s more than just a meal — it’s an experience that you’ll remember long after your visit.

I absolutely loved everything about this restaurant. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first – I expected the food to be just “okay,” like many spots you find in the middle of nowhere or out in the desert.
But the dinner was so good that even picky me cleaned my entire plate.

We ate here throughout our stay at Clear Sky and can’t say enough good things! The menu has lots of options for the whole family. Some of our favorites were the salmon poke bowl, cacio e pepe pasta, and strawberry burrata salad. The breakfast also did not disappoint and the coffee bar even offers matcha for the non-coffee drinkers! Great service, especially from Malik who went above and beyond to make sure we had a seamless dining experience. Highly recommend eating here, whether you are staying on site or just passing through the area!
