I did a online order & accidentally added mayo. So I quickly called the store to make sure they wouldn’t add it & the guy was extremely rude. So my order was suppose to be ready at 440 so I was there 15mis early & they new guy was even more rude about my request to not add mayo. He got loud & was debating with me about my order. And my order still was prepared until 457. Awful customer service & slow.

This location advertises that it is open until midnight via Google as well as on their door. Upon arriving at 11:15p, the employee had just locked the door and began sweeping the floor. When we approached the door, he indicated that they had closed. This is the second time we have experienced this location closing earlier than advertised.

It makes no sense to have a meal of the DAY that yall changed to different hours as you choose. As someone who has came here before on her lunch break not sure what happened to the staff. The young lady working today, 2/11/25 at 2:30 PM, had an awful attitude. When I came in I asked for the meal of the day she pointed out it was not until 3 (they recently added a printed note with their own rules) just making conversation I was like oh interesting because I have came here and gotten it on my lunch break before. She laughed multiple times then said “it says it up there right on the board” as if I could not read. I reiterated because I was just making conversation that I have gotten it before so it was just interesting. I still proceeded to ask for the same thing regardless of the price. She kept laughing and acted as if I did not know what I wanted to order. Like I did not know the different from slice to shredded cheese. while taking my order but could not follow when I said I wanted the chicken with the cheddar. I actually waked out because of the laughter and rudeness! Don’t want to come again which is awful because I did regularly come as I work in the daycare not far. Which also it is odd to not offer the sandwich meal of the day during lunch hours!

Ordered extra tuna and specified exactly what I wanted on it. The sub did not have even the regular serving of tuna. It was only a smudgent amount at best. The bread was stale,. It. was not worth the money!
OK. So I decided to give this establishment another chance. Ordered a tuna again… with double tuna. To my surprise, It had only the regular serving again, although I ordered double tuna. I saw that now the has a medal shield so no one can see how much food the employee(s) is putting on the sandwiches. I would not recommend this place!

Service are not good. We are vegetarian and we just ask them to change gloves bcz they touched meat but they didn’t change and got attitude.
