The bar or anything to eat. Definitely wanna go back to taste their menu.
However, I’ve tried having lunch there during weekdays twice now, and it’s just not been a great service experience. Once I was one of three people in the cafe, and the other I was the only person there.
On my first visit, it took about 30 minutes to receive my order.
When I visited as the only person there, I waited 45 minutes for a salad. I got a buzzer, but after it had been a bit, I checked in. Was told it was almost ready, but that they had to prepare the chicken that came on top of the salad (?). The person working seemed frustrated that I was even there. I get that people have bad days, but it was a very strange experience.
The food is quite good and fresh, and prices aren’t bad at all, but that’s not quite enough to make me come back during the day.
I think this cafe is probably best for pre-show bites and beverages.
Edited October 2025: I had a pretty negative experience with a bar staff member after a show concluded. I tried to alert them that other patrons were placing trash in a trash can that did not have a liner, and they replied, “That’s not a trash can, but great, thanks” in a really sarcastic tone that did not match what I thought was a neutral statement trying to be helpful. I was so confused and left quickly, worried I had somehow offended them or weirdly misunderstood what a trash can is, but I truly don’t know how my comments could’ve been taken negatively. Again, folks have bad days, but I don’t get what’s going on with this cafe’s staff.
Of course when I am in for a show, I’ll always trying out the specialty cocktail for the event.
