So, I went in to use a coupon I had. Sandwich got made, everything “was” fine. (Emphasis on was) until I discovered the Mountain Dew dispenser they have wasn’t checked. My drink was like clear as water but had a strong dour taste. It was not Mountain Dew. Told employee about it, and she gave me my cup back with what she thought she filled up with Mountain Dew but still had that overbearing sour taste. So she allowed me to get one of the bottled Mountain Dews from the fridgerator machine they have. As far as the bag of chips go, there wasn’t really a “variety” to pick from. I was thinking they would’ve had cheetah or duritos or something besides mostly lays and maybe one other named chips. There’s definitely room for improvement. But please frequently check your sodas fountain drinks so that this doesn’t just happen unexpectedly.
EDIT: February 10th, I went back to Subway and they had Doritos and the Mountain Dew machine was working much better. I can’t say whether they saw my initial review but it seemed like they did and I really appreciate that. Service was much better overall.

Fort Bros
I’m a very kind and understanding person , I get it some people don’t like their jobs but the manager at this location was so OUTRAGEOUSLY rude and obviously didn’t want to be there. Was just slapping my food around and by the time she wrapped it up it looked like a churro. & this isn’t the first time this has happened but giving the benefit of the doubt I came back but never again!

Worst restaurant I’ve had to deal with in quite some time, customer service is a -10 out of 10. Made both of my sandwiches wrong. One sandwich just fell apart after unwrapping it. The other isn’t even what I ordered on the app. The store refuses to take them back and remake them. Online corporate won’t let me enter a date to file a complaint. I wasn’t made until the rude worker cute me off and told me she wouldn’t fix it. I just wanted to exchange one of the sandwiches that I didn’t order for what I ordered . I took a couple bites from it then I was like, where is the meat at?

Avoid this location! I ordered a mobile order for pickup and I walked in with the employees chatting up a storm complaining about their manager. It took them about 10minutes after I arrived to even start making my order even though there was nobody there. The ceiling tiles are gross as well, it appears there is mold on them as they hang directly over the food. I submitted a complaint to corporate with zero response so I am now leaving my review here.

Very dirty. The old lady is very racist and somehow asked me if I spoke English? I will be taking this all the way to corporate. A Subway that supports racism? Yea we will see about that.

This place needs to be shut down. The workers seem to be foreigners that barely understand english. Chicken was NOT grilled,i would say it was almost raw. Forgot my chips on my order and overall wrapping and appearance was not pleasant.

There is a lady not sure what her name is but she is I a foreigner. She is HORRIBLE,RUID AND DISRESPECTFUL. I have been to some restaurants or fast food places where the service is not good. She is number 1 because she is the worst I have ever came in contact with. Don’t go through the drive thru she never responds. When you pull up to the window she looks at you then she’ll walk away like she doesn’t see you. She is always saying they are out of something

When my order arrived it was in a sealed bag i open the bag and my daughter notices a hair she pulls it and it just keeps coming out. We called and the “manager”, Trevor says he made the sandwiches and there wasnt a hair that i put a hair in their. I have no reason to do that. When i have proof . He said he will not remake the sandwhiches because he already made it once and had no hair in it. Heres the picture of it
