I try to be honest about my reviews and dont really like to write bad ones. But my experience at KFC was really bad. First, we had to wait a half an hour for our food to be brought out. They were busy, I get it. But when I got home I realized they forgot part of my order. I drive all the way back and all they did was refund the part of the order they forgot. I asked if they could possibly give me a discount or a gift certificate but was brushed off and handed my refund and the door closed on me. Do better customer service and you might actually get more customers.

4 times I’ve tried this location, 4 times late getting out, well over 10 minutes late not slightly past the 5 minute mark.
Its ALWAYS incorrect, this last time the papa burgers didnt even have MEAT! How do you mess up not putting meat on a burger?
They had one in the drive thru and 2 others waiting longer than I had…no excuse for late and this many mess ups.
Demanded and got my money back, no more chances and I dont suggest anyone else try either.
Some people obviously dont appreciate having a job in this market and the ability to pay their rent. Maybe their employers will hire folks that do if we stop accepting it like we have to.

If I could give this place a negative I would. Legit for weeks go in to get the $5 cheese burger meal upgrade fresh and drink to large because they give you like 7 fresh in the small. They changed the price last time and I was annoyed but they did not mention it was a different upgrade fine that’s a win. Go in last night and they say they can’t upgrade and they were told two weeks ago to stop when I just did it four days prior. So over this place and them not being consistent.

The staff was amazing, super friendly, and the food was great. Ana, the manager on shift, was exceptionally helpful with keeping our price lowered as much as possible. Shared discounts with us. The crew worked like a well-oiled machine. They all had smiles on their faces, and all were very helpful.

I was very disappointed when I paid my order, more than $35, after that I noticed there is a post saying 15% off on orders of $35 or more. They didn’t validate it because “ you didn’t tell us before” the two guys pretended they didn’t know anything and the manager said “I didn’t tell them before I Paid” So I’m inviting the public to claim your 15% discount before you paid that way they don’t put excuses. The sign it’s on the window inside the restaurant!

Food was fine, if not a little dry, but I was charged about a dollar more than was advertised on the menu. The employee did not make me aware of the change until I had already paid, citing that he forgot their prices just changed. Disappointing service–will not be returning.

The food and prices here are the exact same as any other KFC, good and fine. The service here is often adequate, but occasionally slow. However, every single time I have ordered here, whether in the restaurant or through the drive thru, the order is never right in the bag. It’s always missing something. Today it was a popcorn chicken and a coleslaw, and the fries were served cold They did fix it after I parked and went inside to tell them. It’s pretty consistently wrong, though, so I always check before I leave now.
