We absolutely loved our visit to Dolly Lama Ice Cream! The shop itself is fun, welcoming, and filled with delicious treats, but what really made the experience special was the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly, and we especially want to mention the sweet blonde girl who helped us during our visit. She went above and beyond, answering all of our questions with patience and kindness, and made sure we had the best experience possible. Her warm attitude and helpfulness made us feel so welcome. For my treat, I went with the pecan milkshake, and wow, it was delicious! My spouse opted for the vegan-style ice cream in a bubble waffle cone, and she absolutely loved it! The bubble waffle cone was a fun and unique twist—crispy on the outside and soft inside, making the ice cream even more enjoyable. There are so many awesome options to choose from, making it hard to decide, but the friendly staff is there to help you every step of the way.
As if that wasn’t sweet enough, the owner even surprised us with a cute llama-themed birthday candle as a special touch. How thoughtful is that?

Very good, price was decently high (about 12 for a waffle cup with icecream), but I would honestly pay for it again. The flavors worked really well together and it’s a filling amount you get.

I saw them on IG so I was very curious to try the Coffee snob milkshake I added a shot of espresso.The place is located in the downtown area. Parking was full. I had to get out of the car and my hubby drive away , got stuck in traffic for 20 minutes. Suggest going on a slow day pf the week. I was greeted by a employee, she gave me a menu. Place looks very nice, smells great also. They have a variety of ice cream flavors. I think the milkshake was over priced. Was good nothing special. Now the other items in the menu with the waffle look great and delicious. Very beautiful like art.

I fell in love with this place. Everything was wonderful, from esthetics to service. There were games on the tables with various sitting areas. It was so cool, warm, and inviting. The cone my daughter ordered was so pretty that she didn’t want to eat it. But when she did, she devoured every piece. I couldn’t order a cone because I’m Celiac, but if they ever offer gluten-free options, I would not hesitate to try it.
