I just finished the final week of my six-week advanced culinary boot camp at A Culture Factory with Chef Olga and I have to say, it’s one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in my life.
We ate and prepared SO much delicious and fresh food from thoughtfully curated menus and recipes and had a ton of hands-on learning experiences. I learned so much about why we do certain techniques, choosing ingredients, troubleshooting recipes, preparing menus, and beyond.
On top of learning so much, I ate some of the most incredible food along the way that our small group prepared, from beet cured salmon to braised short rib to homemade ravioli to chocolate soufflé to risotto and beyond. I fell in love with so many new foods and executed many dishes I’d never believed I was capable of preparing!
Plus, I enjoyed tons of unlimited Babas Bucha on tap, a wonderful perk of the course.
Signing up for this course is genuinely one of the best things I have ever done for myself — truly, an investment.
Chef Olga didn’t just teach me new recipes and techniques, she also shifted the way I think about food and cooking. I left each class with leftovers, tons of notes, and dozens of ideas for what to make next and how to be a better home cook.
Truly an inspiring, fun experience — I will 1000% be coming back for more courses at A Culture Factory and bringing friends.
There’s no one like Olga, truly! She has a gift for teaching — I can’t remember the last time I found such joy in learning something new.

Chef Olga is absolutely incredible. I’ve taken several of her classes, including Culinary Boot Camp and Advanced Culinary Boot Camp, and every single time I walk away with new skills and inspiration. I now catch myself thinking, “What would Olga do?”—improvise, use what you have, and always focus on quality ingredients.
She has been a huge inspiration in my weight-loss journey and in learning how to cook healthier without sacrificing flavor. Her classes are fun, engaging, and full of practical techniques that stick with you long after the session ends. I’m always excited for the next one.
If you want to learn how to cook or expand your culinary knowledge, I can’t recommend Chef Olga’s classes highly enough. Take one—or take them all. You won’t be disappointed.

Our team from McCormick Chiropractic had the absolute best time at Olga’s charcuterie board class! From the moment we walked in, you could feel the warmth, creativity, and love she pours into her business.
Olga created such a welcoming environment that allowed our staff to truly slow down, connect, and enjoy being present together. The class was hands-on, interactive, and surprisingly educational — we all walked away with new skills, beautiful boards, and very full stomachs!
What stood out most was how intentional the experience felt. It wasn’t just about arranging food — it was about creativity, community, and enjoying the moment. As a small business ourselves, we deeply appreciate the heart and passion Olga brings to her craft.
If you’re looking for a unique team-building experience, girls’ night, or special event, we highly recommend this class. We left with full hearts, happy taste buds, and memories we’ll be talking about for a long time.
Thank you, Olga, for such a special experience!

I took the “Cozy Night in Provence” cooking class on 9/12 with Olga. Our class was full and all various levels of cooking experience. Olga teaches the how and why behind ingredients and preparation. She instills in you that you can do it no matter what and is very in tune to each participants needs and learning level. After we all prepared our items, we sat down to enjoy a buffet style dinner together and enjoy all of the amazing dishes we created. As a seasoned cook, I took many things away from this class that I will be implementing at home on a regular basis. Thank you Olga for a fantastic class! Perfect for anyone to attend and great to do with a friend/family member/partner!

Had a wonderful evening at a class offered by A Culture Factory. A perfect “date night” or a night out with friends. The instructor — Olga — is warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The class was well organized, and everyone there seemed to enjoy themselves. While showing us how to make the meal, she gave us so many great tips that I will be using at home. It was great to hear more about the science and chemistry in food products and cooking. Chef Olga is smart, and a great teacher. The food we made was delicious and I am so glad I took this class. I am looking forward to signing up for another one! Highly recommend these classes to anyone looking for a “night out” or anyone interested in improving their cooking skills.

What a wonderful experience we had at the Valentine’s Date Night in Paris Cooking Class at a Culture Factory! We learned so much, shared plenty of laughter, and savored the delicious meal Olga guided us in preparing. We left with full hearts and full bellies. I especially loved Olga’s teaching style. She broke each step down clearly and shared helpful tips I know I’ll use for years to come. I highly recommend her cooking workshops and can’t wait to attend another in the future!
I also loved the extra touches that made the evening even more special. The freshly brewed kombucha was absolutely amazing, and it was wonderful to see a selection of homemade soups and natural skincare products available to take home. I purchased the borscht, and it was delicious–clearly made with care and love. It’s such a thoughtful extension of the experience and makes it easy to enjoy a little piece of the magic long after the class ends.

Lets start with how easy it was to book the class on line. Then, the communication from booking to after the class was so helpful and appreciated. Olga is a breath of fresh air. She is so funny and friendly, right from the door. She is extremely knowledgeable and a perfect person to teach a cooking class. Patient yet firm, she taught 12 people how to cook a meal and made it so much fun yet educational. Olga only uses the freshest, healthiest ingredients which makes the food taste that much better. The shop is absolutely beautiful, so fancy. Each person had their own cooking space and tools but everyone shared, helped, and worked together to create a phenomenal meal. A table was set so elegant and we all enjoyed our meal together making new friends, taking photos and even shared a toast. The kombucha flowed freely and was delicious. Several flavors on tap so you can try them all. Ive done many workshops over the years, glass, flowers, cooking, baking, and this was by far the best Ive attended. Book a class, you won’t regret it.

My husband and I just did the cooking class on Valentines Day and had a fabulous time! Almost 4 hours just flew by and there wasn’t a dull moment. The food we prepared was delicious and my favorite part was Chef Olga herself. She is so fun and entertaining, the whole thing felt more like a life cooking show than a cooking class in the best way. That being said, admittedly there isn’t a whole lot of hands on experience possible, other than occasionally cutting or scooping some ingredient, because the individual stations are not equipped for that. Meaning the actual cooking is really only done by Olga, at least for the menu we had selected, maybe other menus provide more hands on opportunity. Just something to keep in mind. Regardless we had a wonderful time, enjoyed good food and good company and would absolutely do it again. Thank you!

I had a great time at the Spanish Tapas cooking class! It was such a welcoming environment, with people of all different backgrounds and cooking knowledge. Olga makes everyone feel comfortable in the space, able to ask any questions you have whether it’s specific to the class or other food topics. She is such a wealth of knowledge based on her extensive cooking background, I learned much more than how to cook those particular recipes. I highly recommend you give the classes a try. And the Kombucha was tasty too!
