In the drive thru told told to come in to get your order. Dude that said I had to come in couldnt even hand me the food. Asked for a honey mustard. Told it’s 42 cents. Handed them money. Lady said I don’t have any pennies so she kept the other 3 cents rather than just taking 2 cents off kept 3 extra. It’s just cents but still that’s not how you do customers. I already had to come in to get the food rather than going thru the drive thru the least you could do is get my change right.
Chicken sandwiches were the smallest I’ve ever seen at any Bojangles. Didn’t even get the use but a couple dips of sauce worth.

I pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru to order. The AI person came through but I wanted to speak to a real person. I waited. The AI said it was getting an employee to speak. No one came through the speaker as I was waiting. No customer was at the window. I pulled around to see the older lady taking the order of the next person behind me. I asked why my order was not being taken after waiting and saying hello, hoping a real person would come through the speaker. She then rudely said it tried to take your order four times. Food was hot and fresh. I didn’t get the OJ I ordered or the condiments I requested at the windows. I had to go inside the store to get my OJ although I went through the drive thru. I also didn’t get any napkins in my order. I don’t entirely blame the young lady at the window. She had to take orders AND prepare the order. That is NOT how you MANAGE a fast food restaurant during peak hours. I won’t be patronizing this location again.

I’ve been to this location a few times over the last few weeks and today will officially be the last time. The lady whom I assume is a manager working the drive thru window is extremely rude! The name on the receipt said Bolinda. Every time I’ve been through she is rude. Doesn’t great the customer, drops the change in your hand rudely and just like she hates life and her job. You work customer service you better pretend you like the public of find something different. But anyways she balls my receipt up and throws it away so I ask the other guy at the cash register if he will print me another. Evans, GA Bojangles is way better and the drive thru girls are the best!

I work at 7pm so I thought getting to the restaurant at 6pm would give me plenty of time. I was one of like 3-4 cars in the lot and still ended up waiting until 6:30 for my food in a parking spot before I just decided to take the hit and leave without the food. I would drive the extra 10 minutes to grovetown because you’ll probably wait 20+ here anyway

Rude manager! Lemonade was out had 5 employees talking amongst themselves ask several times if had Lemonade in back & finally manager shouted at me saying if they were out in front they were out in back. My wife & I were the only customers there! About 2:30 pm December 22nd. BUT FOOD WAS GOOD.

Visited the Belair Rd location around 1PM on Friday and ordered one combo meal. I was asked to pull forward and wait for someone to bring out the food. Before I knew it, it had been 30 minutes. I went inside and they hadn’t even started to box up my meal. Be prepared for uncessary wait times if you visit this location.

We ordered a chicken BLT sandwich… had to pay extra and add this to the order btw, which was fine and that’s not the problem, but opened it when we got home (ordered inside since the drive thru has an AI robot that doesn’t work half the time) and it was a Cajun chicken sandwich without lettuce, tomato, or bacon . I called and was hoping they would provide compensation or at least a “sorry” but instead I was met with disbelief, told to drive back out there and bring the receipt and the sandwich so they could replace it. And she was rude about it as well. Come on guys . You could’ve at least been nice about it!
I wish I would’ve checked my order before I left, but I shouldn’t have to check my order especially when I order inside and it took you 15 or 20 minutes to prepare my order.
These ladies were the worst. The only nice one was the cashier who was pretty sweet .
Do not go here! Go to the one on Washington!

One of the worse service and food I’ve had in awhile. The new burrito i got was soggy, was disgusting. The pie i got was over cooked, and the tea even was not made like the others. I could deal with the tea, but the burrito was just not appetizing at all. I will not return. They should either renovate or close down
