This is one of my top favorite pizza restaurants. The pizzas always come out hot and fresh. Everything on the menu tastes good. The employees here are excellent too. They are always on top of their game. I recommend everyone come try this place out.

I understand when people go in 15 till close it gets a little annoying to have to start cooking a pizza, but thats still no excuse for my pizza to be soggy, cold, and not cut correctly. Especially for a $25 pizza. This is only my second experience at this establishment and the first time, the customer service was excellent and the food quality was amazing. This time not so much.

Ordered a pizza on line. The only way to complete and send the order was to add a 15% tip or higher!! WHAT A RIPP-OFF. I get the tip if I was dining in or having delivered. But to just order, drive all the way there to give them my business. and pick it up? Ridiculous!!! When I complained to the manager, she told me there was nothing she could do, I’d have to contact corporate. So in other words the managers hands are tied in satisfying a customer.
Last Pizza from NY Pizza. Going back to Dominos where they take care of their customers, plus a much shorter drive.

We’re pizza Snobs. We haven’t been to streets of New York Pizza in over 10 years. I have forgotten how good there pizza really is. We were able to walk in and sit down right away. Our waitress was quick to ask for our drink order and if we wanted any appetizers. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, a regular salad, and some wings. There pizza was the right temperature so that it was hot but didn’t burn your mouth. It’s was the perfect blend of salt from the cheese and sweet from the sauce. The service was amazing and fast. They were great with my kids. And they kept our drink glasses full.

Pizza is pretty good and we order from there often. However, delivery rarely delivers what you ordered. The vast majority of the time, when you order an appetizer, you will not get the marinara that it’s supposed to come with. Also, if you order extra ranch, you will not get it. We got the cheezy bread and whoever packed it, put the cheese side down on the foil with another piece on top instead of putting the two cheesy parts together, which resulted in one half of the cheese completely stuck to the foil. Sometimes I think they do it on purpose because I don’t leave a tip on my card. I wait and give the driver cash, but maybe they think I’m not tipping at all.

Update: repeat: Ordered the southwest pizza, sauce on side, no parsley, add green olives… It was so amazing!!! Consistently more than happy with Streets of New York pizza.
Tried the new Southwest Pizza. Chipotle Ranch on the side. Added green olives. Holy moly it was so good!! (Would have liked smaller cuts of peppers and onions so it is more evenly distributed. But not a complaint).
The chipotle ranch is a thinner vinegarette type sauce. Great to dip pizza in. However was a bit thin as a sauce on it, but some of the best bites had no sauce at all. (And I am a sauce person!).
We also ordered our regular pizza just in case. I know it’s going to be great because it always is, but I’m in love with the southwest pizza…
Alfredo is great. We order as a side for crust dipping.
Phone service was great. Order was correct.
Online order system has changed, not a fan. But when you call they are more than accommodating. Super nice.

I haven’t been to a Streets in a long time. We were there to watch a tournament game, have some beers and apps. I appreciated the complimentary garlic bread. Streets needs better TV’s, a better layout of them. We ordered wings, and seasoned fries. I do like that their wings are baked and not fried, and they were very good. The seasoned fries tasted the same as regular fries. The beer was cold, service friendly, although uneven. This is a nice place that has a laid back, welcoming atmosphere. A family place that we will definitely return to.

On June/2 at 8:10 I completed an Uber Eats pickup from Streets of New York Pizza, the one at 6740 W Deer Valley Rd, Glendale, AZ 85308 , and the experience was frustrating from start to finish. When I arrived, the receptionist handed me two drink cups with no cup holder. I politely asked for one, and she replied with attitude, “We don’t have any,” and turned away.
As I feared, one of the drinks spilled in my car while driving, creating a mess and soaking the pizza box. I returned to the restaurant, explained the situation, and asked if they could refill the spilled drink. She did it, but with clear resentment and no apology.
I then asked for a replacement pizza box (since the original was wet), and she snapped, “We charge for those. I can’t just give you one,” and turned away again. This level of customer service—especially toward delivery drivers who are helping their business—is unacceptable.
Restaurants like this should treat drivers with more respect and be better prepared with basic essentials like cup holders. Very disappointing experience.
