I stopped by Checkers and it was a classic fast-food experience. The place has the typical drive-thru style setup, and many locations focus on quick service rather than indoor dining, which makes it perfect for grabbing food on the go.

Absolutely Disgusting & Dangerous – Shame on You, Checkers!
I am beyond disappointed and disturbed by my recent visit to Checkers. I ordered the 3-piece tender meal for my niece, and what she received was raw chicken! As she took her first bite, she immediately noticed something was off with the texture and taste. She looked down and saw that the meat was PINK on the inside completely undercooked and unsafe to eat. To make matters worse, we were not given a receipt, which is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’m now left hoping and praying that my niece doesn’t get food poisoning from this horrifying experience. No child or adult should ever be served raw meat. As if that wasn’t enough, the fruit punch she received was also awful completely watered down and undrinkable. It’s clear there was no care or quality control in anything that was served. I’m extremely upset and considering legal action. This wasn’t just poor service, it was dangerous and could have caused serious harm. I expected much better, and instead, I got a nightmare. Absolutely unacceptable, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I stopped here out of convenience. I ordered chicken wings which I was told would take ten minutes. I asked to use their bathroom, which is located outside, and the worker told me that I was not allowed to. The worker informed me that it was only for workers. How are you allowed to serve food and drinks with outdoor seating and not have a restroom available.

I will not eat from this location ever again. The worst food ever. I literally just went there at 10:16pm my fires taste old and the burger so cold like it’s been made. I came home and warm and still taste nasty. they can close it. And I didn’t get my receipt either.

This location is terrible & the owner needs to come by to see it for themselves. I drive in the drive through at 12:17 a.m. & I ordered the T-Pain checker burger meal no mustard medium with a rootbeer. I’m sending this complaint because this young lady had a disgusting attitude & didn’t want to service the customers that came hoping we would drive off & go somewhere else. One customer did drive out. I placed the order at the speaker. When I finally got to the window she said she didn’t get my order. I was told my order was 6.74. I explained that to her & she asked me what the order was. I explained to her the order twice & she kept saying I didn’t place my order. There’s no way to know the total if I didn’t place a order. She finally charged me for the order which the total was 6.74 as I had previously stated. She placed sauce on the receipt that I didn’t ask for them refuses to give me any sauce for the chicken bites. I then had to pay for 2 honey mustard sauces. I received no condiments, no napkins, no straw for the drink. I had to turn around because she gave me 2 bbq sauces that I then got out of my car walked up to the window in order to get what I paid for. This young lady then says out loud when I get mad then you’ll know why to someone in the restaurant. No matter if she was frustrated from all of her mistakes there’s no reason to behave in that manner especially when every car waited well over at least 30 minutes or more patiently for our food. Not too mention that her nasty hair weave was in my food. No one blew the horn or anything. One customer did back out but the young lady is nasty & belligerent to the customer’s for no reason & the food was ice cold. I couldn’t go to bed without sending this complaint and I will be contacting the restaurant in the morning as well. I didn’t leave until 12:48 & that’s ridiculous.

If I could give this place no stars, I no would. I live a block away so I’ve been here enough time and can positively say the Service is always terrible. Lines are always slow, EVEN WHEN THERES NO CARS!!! Staff is always rude. Food is always terrible!!!! I always come here because there’s usually a long line at the McDonald’s up the street, but honestly I might as well Edit at McDonald’s. LOOK AT THIS CHICKEN!!!! unless I check my order, there’s never any sauces or something missing… DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!

I went at 846pm on Nov 27th, the heavyset work at the window was more interested in his phone than taking my order, he was slow and seemed to be more interested in his phone than taking orders. The skinny guy making the food was fast and got me my food while it was still very hot. That was the only good service was from the guy making food.
