This place has the very best Pupusas in OC! No one else can make it like them. Believe me I’ve tried around several places. Also they have the most generous portions of their soups (caldos). They also have fried chicken that is so delicious and crispy! If you ever get a chance to visit this place and try their food, you wont regret it. We ordered Chicharrón con Queso & Queso Con Loroco – all made of rice…. they were really delicious, almost like the ones made back home
They also sell “fresco de Marañon” which is always hard to find.

It’s an older building so it needs some little upkeep but. It’s small space. The food is great. The pupusas are delicious I always get the chicharron with cheese. They’re piping freaking hot, even after 30 minutes after they’ve been picked up they’re still super hot yet. But they’re delicious tasty and homemade. Service is great They’re always friendly when I’m placing my orders. Definitely need to visit them they’re good

This place is absolutely disgusting! It’s extremely filthy and doesn’t look like they have deep cleaned the entire restaurant in a very long time. The owners must be frugal and don’t want to hire a cleaning crew. Besides the awful service and subpar food they don’t have refills on horchatas and wanted me to pay $5 for an entire drink. Their pupusas were alright, nothing special, the rice was terrible with too much salt. Cleanliness is very important when eating at an establishment. I don’t know how they have passed the health inspections. The staff also didn’t look like they had good hygiene. IF you don’t mind eating at a filthy place that’s dirty then you won’t mind. Try not to sit at a table by the bathroom, that will definitely spoil your appetite. It smells gross. Take your business elsewhere.

I love their pupusas Revueltas are my fave! The cashiers are very nice. If you are dining in remember to order before you leave your home, due to some dishes take longer.
Just tell them you will be dining in they will take your phone number and will tell you how long it will take. Remember these dishes are made as you order . But it is worth it.

I had two pupusas and a medium Horchata and both items were good, authentic taste. Only thing I didn’t like was the lady who helped me, she was not friendly at all and made me feel uncomfortable when asking questions. I don’t think she is correct for a customer service job. Prices are on the high end here when compared to other restaurants. But it’s worth a try
