I have been coming here for years passing through to and from Chicago. I used to love this place and the food is still good but I will say the service at this place has tanked. It took me 20 minutes just to get through the line and there was only 1 person in front of me. One guy that starts the burrito was the only guy that seemed to care. Meanwhile all of the women just stood around doing nothing. Let’s just say they were all women that clearly don’t want to be here and have better things to do….you probably know which employees they were. There was literally 5 additional people in the back room while customers stood there in disbelief and Uber drivers stand there to witness the lack of service at this place. Your choice in employees is horrible

Only stop if you’re desperate. But honestly go to the Panera next door.
Dirty 1) gross wet towels piled under the broken drink machine 2) filthy bathrooms, toilet paper all over the floor, broken towel dispenser 3) one cook had super long fake fingernails, no judgment but at least wear gloves when you’re making my food?! Can’t imagine what’s hiding under your 2-inch fingernails.
Not fresh 1) lettuce was all rusty looking 2) chips were cold & stale 3) steak was grizzly and carelessly cut into impossibly large pieces
2 stars because at least we didn’t get food poisoning… yet.

Good service, great food, good value.
For me this chain picked up where QDoba dropped the ball in their pursuit to become chipotle. I don’t like either of those but Moe’s is definitely my jam now! The ingredients are fresh and the seasonings are good. Love the salsa bar and it worth the extra for a cup of queso.

We have enjoyed their service a few times now for catering our lunch at my office. They are great and very helpful. Even the newest employee did her best to help when I had questions. The food is always a hit too!

Staff was loudly doing TikTok dances, wiping their nose without washing hands and switching between food and cash register without changing gloves. Staff literally scraped the hard crusty rice off the bottom of the pan to give to me. It was visibly crunchy clumps. No customer service, no “Welcome to Moe’s”. My husband used to love this place but the inexperienced, childish staff and their poor decision making left a bad taste in our mouth.

No one greeted us. It took them a while to acknowledge us, and they were not busy. If you are working on something and cant help customers, say “we ll be with you in just a moment”. Then the girl at checkout stared at us and I had to tell her we wanted drinks and dips. She didn’t ask or offer.
The restroom was also messy.

The service was great. The restaurant was clean. However, on today’s visit I had the Adobo Chicken bowl and the chicken tasted salty and a bit burnt. It is usually delicious. The queso seemed a little runny, but I could be wrong. It still tasted great!! I would say the food was between 3-4 ☆’s but the chicken just wasn’t up to Moe’s par. FYI-This place has always been a 5☆ on every other visit.

Moe’s is like a Qdoba or Chipotle- fast mexican food. Everything tasted great and they have a salsa bar AND chips are provided with your meal. The restaurant could’ve been a little cleaner but overall a good experience!
I got The Stack, which is basically a crunch wrap, and it tasted great! I’d recommend their queso for sure.

I’m not usually a fan of chain-type Mexican fare, but I was pleasantly surprised with Moe’s. I ordered the Tres Amigos tacos and loved the fact that I had the option of tofu for a protein choice!! I got guacamole, which costs extra, and the end price was a little more than I expected, but the food was really tastey as was the salsa!
