I ordered The Breakfast Burger at this Carl’s Jr location this morning. It is the Best Breakfast I have ever had at any fast food restaurant hands down. The employee at the drive thru is extremely nice. I would say this Carl’s Jr location is the best I’ve been to.

I gave this location several tries but I think i’m done. Not only I think the food isn’t cooked in fresh oil, but everytime I go, they always act like I’m there to scam them. They always say they dont have my order, always try to give me the wrong size of drinks, and act like they don’t want my business. If I’m paying 18+ bucks for a burger and couple sides and drinks I sort of expected my order to be correct. Usually it’s an older lady with bad attitude and I was ready to deal with her, but it’s an older man with attitude today. Never again. Lol

I asked for light ice on my soda, the entire cup was full of ice. Ran out of my drink before I even finished my food.. I maybe receive half a cup of liquid.. my fries are little bits and pieces.. my chicken was very brown.. my cheesecake was warm… I asked about the prices being wrong on the menu vs what they charged me and refused to talk to me about the very misleading menu/prices. This visit was ridiculous!

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD.
First, I asked for my fries to be extra crispy, they were old. NEXT, they told me they were out of ice. I get it. That’s fine. BUT they were also out of BBQ sauce for the chicken tenders and LASTLY when I arrived home, they’re forgot one of my burgers!!!! AFTER ALL OF THE INCONVENIENCES I experienced they STILL managed to forget a A WHOLE BURGER!!!! I’m sure if I had gone back, they’d argue with me about not forgetting it!!! YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!

I will let the pictures do most of the explaining, but next time I will go next door!! I thought Carl’s would be a step up from the arch’s next door, but not this location!!
Fries were so stale I swear they were cooked last night!! The lettuce had brown spots, and the tomato?? Well, more like unripened tomato STEM!!! I wish I had the time to take it back to them but I have work so I just don’t get to have lunch today.

I pull up here 2–3 times a week, food’s always fire when the right people are on. I always get 2 Spicy’s, never had an issue. Yesterday though… straight up worst experience. The older lady at the counter had the nastiest attitude. She rang me up at $11+ for the same order I always get on the 2 for $6 deal. When I asked about it, she hit me with “you have to ask for it” in the rudest way. Like c’mon, no need to act like that. The two dudes that work nights? Solid guys, super chill and always take care of the order. But that lady? Nah, she shouldn’t even be up front if she can’t treat people right.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I’m sitting in here right now. And it just doesn’t feel that anyone cares. I order my food online. Then I have to wait just to be greeted when I walk in because nobody is ever at the front counter. They all sit around in the back doing nothing at all. This is the worse restaurant I’ve been to in my 30 years of living. This isn’t my first time at this location but will definitely be my last.
