I was having a great day, UNTIL.. This young girl, tall, skinny, black hair (straight perhaps). She had gave me the dirtiest look ever IN MY 35 YEARS OF LIVING!. And preceded to tell me that she gave my pizza to someone else on “accident” and I tried getting my money back, but she continued to give me an attitude and didn’t give me my money back. Need to hire better people and get that girl fired! .

Not sure why this pizza hut has a low rating but I just moved here to Shelbyville a little while ago and ive had nothing but good experiences here.

The food has always been great and the people working have always been great.

However lol, I do miss the old pizza huts from when I was younger that had salad bars and served pitchers of beer.

But this one has been good to me.n

This place really is the worst Pizza Hut ever. Look at the reviews, they don’t lie. It is WELL worth the drive to Tullahoma than taking your chance here. I waited 20 minutes curbside before going in and they told me I was to call and tell them I was here. No one answers the phone anyway and the person in charge was standing there talking on it to her friend. They can’t seem to read when requesting extra sauce on the pizza either, yet wanna charge when you say it’s fine can I get some extra marinera? It’s been TWO YEARS since I have gone here, was thinking about trying today but looking at reviews, nothing has changed. Once or twice is understandable, but so many complaints about lazy, unfriendly workers? You build a reputation. Ownership needs to take note.Looks like I am headed the extra distance to Tullahoma, where they are super friendly and get my order right!

Update: This place has a major problem. Cashier was friendly and dealing with a phone complaint when I went in. After waiting about 5 min the sweet girl got to me. Ordered pizza with extra sauce. At this location extra means less. ALWAYS!! This Puzza Hut is bad since opening at this location. And it’s been awhile. Does this look like extra sauce at all?!? Come on guys…

1st time visiting this city, I was hungry and Shelbyville doesn’t offer many options, you can never go wrong with Pizza Hut, their personal pans are absolutely delicious!! Walked in and I was immediately greeted and my order was taken, didn’t seem no more than 10 minutes I had my food and was on my way out, they don’t have a dining room which I used to love but the employees there were very kind and professional. Looked like it was a fun place to work. Great job Pizza hut!! Keep up the great work!!!

The pizza was doughy seems like it was rushed the cheese didn’t meet to crust one slice was just sauce no cheese. Probley the worse pizza I have ever had. Not first time I received poor service from this Pizza Hut in Shelbyville TN. I don’t even bother calling them as I was cussed out by a manager last time after they called me to tell me they were out of pan pizza after I placed an online order. I called corporate and never heard back from that situation. Glad I can put reviews on here now.

Although they moved their location, the downsized spot is nice. The issues I currently am now experiencing with this particular Pizza Hut is that the pizza is undercooked, lack the consistency of heat to ready time ratio (especially if ordering in person). Also, the wait time is higher than usual. They could still have hope.

Ordered a Chicago Deep Dish and it was not good. So I called and they offered to replace it with an original stuffed crust. Even price swap. They completely understood and were very professional. They were also incredibly busy with the screen full of orders but everyone seemed to be getting their orders in a timely manner. The stuffed crust pizza was great, as always! Thanks for making it right.

Horrible food. The pictures are breadsticks that tasted like week old bread. Pizza was stuffed crust but they forgot the actual pizza just stuffed crust. Pasta was okay but a lot of crunchy noodles. Cinnabons only good thing about entire order. First time trying from new location and will be the last. Spent over 30.00.

The lady behind the counter was rude and dismissive. I spent $60+ on wings, dip should be included. Also it looked like one of our slices of pizza didn’t fit the rest..pretty sure someone ate some of it.
