It was freezing in NYC and I suddenly craved BBH. We were nearby and chose this spot since it was the closest. At first, I thought it was just a sushi restaurant, but they actually have much more.

They asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside—we chose outside without thinking, and I’m so glad we did. The back garden is beautiful. They also give you a bell to ring when you’re ready, which we loved because it gives you time and doesn’t feel rushed.

We ordered steamed shumai, brisket pho (extra brisket), and BBH. I thought $18 for pho was pricey compared to Houston—but I was wrong. The broth was sooo good, brisket slices were super thick, juicy, and fatty. You can tell it was cooked for a long time.

The BBH was just as impressive—rich, beefy, and probably the closest to Vietnam I’ve had. They use pig tail instead of pork knuckle, which was so tasty. I didn’t even need to add anything.

Honestly, this might be one of the best pho and BBH spots we’ve tried—even coming from Houston’s big Vietnamese community. It’s pricey, but the quality, service, and atmosphere make it worth it. It gets busy fast, so plan ahead.

If you’re in the area, this spot is approved. Can’t wait to come back next time I’m in NYC!

Beautiful restaurant and delicious food! I loved all of the plants in the garden dining area. The ramen was top-notch. So flavorful and hearty. The wagyu was tender and the perfect touch. The soup dumplings were delicious as well. The service was prompt as each table has a bell to ring your waiter as needed.

If I could eat the pho here everyday I would. It’s that good. Highly recommend any of the sushi as well. Where else can you get Vietnamese coffee, bubble tea and sushi? Idk but this place is amazing. The decor with the plants is so calming and peaceful too.

The outside is unassuming compared to the beautiful garden in the back. It’s a perfect spot for a date or a cozy dinner with friends. The drinks were all hits (I loved the lychee sunrise although it is very sweet). The banh xeo and bun bo hue are definitely the most worth ordering of what we got. I’d probably skip the lemongrass beef summer rolls and try some of the other ones. The only reason for 4 stars is because the service was slow to get our order in and we were waiting for awhile, but they are very kind!

The vibes certainly got our attention—such a cool outdoor garden feel that’s indoors. The music and ambiance was IT. But when you look over the menu, you realize they have everything you would want from a Vietnamese restaurant—dim sum, pho, sandwiches, drinks, you name it! The service was so warm and the food was so delicious. For the price, I’d come here again and again!

What an incredible find! This will definitely be my go to Vietnamese spot in Williamsburg. The pho was incredibly rich in flavor and paired so well with their original bahn mi which was absolutely delicious!

This place is awesome. Vast menu without sacrificing the quality, you can have sushi and pho all in the same place. Even Cajun seafood boil.

The backroom is beautiful done with a brutalism touch and scattered plants. That combined with the service is going to bring me back.

For food the highlight of course was the short rib pho, not only was it delicious but absolutely huge and three people could comfortably share it. We enjoyed the beef Bahn mi as well and dunked it in the pho.

Soooo good. First time trying pho and I left in love. My boyfriend is picky and was skeptical at first but he hasn’t stopped talking about it all week. Highly recommend.
