They put sauce UNDER my sandwiches. Idk if this is some kind of sick joke or these kids are just really stupid. Either way, flavor was okay and they were insanely messy to eat.

It was my first time eating here but I wasn’t disappointed. The tenders and fries had extra seasoning. Service was fast, and they deliver as well. I rate the overall dining experience here to be a tad bit better than Raisin Canes, but it’s really close. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because their self-serve coke machine in the lobby didn’t work, so they had to do refills from behind the counter.

The customer service here is great, my only problem is with who ever is putting the ranch on the chicken bacon fries here, each and every time I ask for extra ranch and It’s like they put the thought of the ranch on. I ask for even more ranch and I got no ranch. Drryyyyyyyy. Done trying.

We come to this location often, and the last 2 times a young lady named jinx worked the drive thru, she was very polite, very fast, and the food was super fresh and made correctly and we appreciate her for that!! Hard to find fast friendly service! THANK YOU JINX!!!!

Would you believe we were charged 2.39 for water?! When I asked why and he said we have to pay for the cups! But the small ones are free. They took it upon themselves to give us the large ones because they have to pay for them! Also notice they rang up a sweet tea we did not ask for or get! Also did not receive the 2 extra zaxbys sauce we paid for! I had to go inside to get them. Wow! Let us rip you off!

Got the chicken bacon ranch fries, soooo DRY !!!! You get about 2 pounds of fries and maybe just maybe a tablespoon of dressing/sauce drizzled over, one chicken finger cut up and a half a piece of bacon crumbled, if you want MORE dressing/sauce, to bad!
