Cashier charged extra for chips we didn’t order and tried to convince us to just take it instead of canceling the order. Also spilled meat onto lettuce but didn’t bother to clean it. Quality and staff control are absolutely horrible. Ended up just taking the chips we don’t eat because the cashier was stubborn. Felt racially targeted because we were the only ones who they did this to and the only Asians in the store at the time. This is disgusting and an absolute violation of Chipotle’s values and health code.

Very disappointing order bowls and to find out they are out of brown rice. Ok fine get white no biggie. Then they are out of veggies completely also. Asked about how long for veggies the employees words “it will take a while”. Asked if they can substitute guacamole since no veggies and was told no “they won’t let us” proceed to checkout and find the online ordering has it own food kitchen and I asked if they have some veggies the young lady tells me if they are out their out to…. Which I find hard to believe. Very disappointing considering it is a Sunday night dinner time and would think they would be more prepared. They appeared to be fully staffed and when we got there there was only one couple ahead of us.

Came to splurge on a Sunday night dinner and was very disappointed. They were out two of the main ingredients we all like to get. Sunday at 7:20 and they didn’t have the basics of brown rice or grilled veggies, I honestly thought better of them as a company.

Food is good but a young white guy helped me with my order and I guess he thought it was funny for him to do my order like in 10 seconds and there was very little rice, beans and meet and a big ball of guac. The bowl was super dirty from him trying to make my order super fast. And also I found this trash inside my bowl and I hurt my tooth when I took a bite. I didn’t see no mananger on site. I will not be coming back to this location. Stay way!!

I came and ordered a burrito bowl. The restaurant wasn’t too busy. The food wasn’t fresh. idk if it was shift change. The person who served me seemed in a rush. the food had no flavor. The meat was dry and hard. There weren’t any other options to choose from they all were old even adding Tabasco lime and salt it tasted like trash. I had been craving this for a while. But I will now probably not order or eat here again. I’d rather make it at home.

Explain to me why I paid 12 dollars for a burrito the same size as a burrito for 3 dollars from taco bell..if i had added avacados and queso it wouldve costed me 19 dollars… NOPE!… I’m not arguing with your staff, retrain them to not cheap out on your customers. Steak was burnt too.

I do not care for this location. Have been there a total of four times and the service is always lacking in some way. They are always low or out of some ingredients and you have to beg them to give you a normal portion of food. Last week was my last visit to this poorly managed location. They put about quarter cup of white rice, normal portion of black beans, normal portion of the cheese that you pay extra for, normal portion of pico de gallo and approximately two tablespoons of barbacoa. They were out of fajita mix and the chips seemed wet and chewy. Always feels like they skimp on ingredients. Go to Lincoln/State College or Ball/Euclid locations in this area because those stores are managed better.
