A favorite since I was a child, and still in the same location even though the surrounding stores have changed quite a bit through the years (I’m talking 40-something years). I love the pizza, but my short visit home to NJ resulted in me getting the cheese steak with the sauce. Very good, roll was great, prefer this over the cheese steak hoagie. Menu is expanded since the 80’s, so my wife even was able to have a salmon Caesar salad, which she enjoyed. Great to come home to a familiar place and have the quality still be there.

I have a good deal of experience with various tomato pies, which is what we went to Brother’s Pizza for. I can say that the crust was good, and very crispy at first. The excessive amount of sauce made it soggy quick. The overabundance of tomato sauce and spices was what killed the pie for us. Way too much garlic, basil and tomatoes. Plus I think there may have been some red pepper added which put the sauce over the top. It was just too much, and too messy. The tomato bits in the sauce were also a tad on the raw side, and not soft. The one saving grace was that Brother’s Pizza was a clean, open atmosphere restaurant, with very friendly and quick staff. The actual pizza, as opposed to the tomato pie might be better, but I don’t see myself getting back down to Brother’s Pizza anytime soon to give it a try.

Brothers Pizza, Hammonton NJ. Hammonton not to be confused with any of the other brothers pizzas. This was 1st stop of Philadelphia Cheesesteak Adventure, Jersey Shore part 2 and it was a great start. We got the brother special which included fried onions, peppers, mushrooms and sauce. At the recommendation of Joe O we got it on the garlic bread. $1.75 extra for the garlic bread, I didn’t like that. The roll did not hold up and there was not a lot of meat. However, this was a very tasty cheesesteak. The ingredients on this Cheesesteak played great together. I would absolutely consider going back and getting a regular cheese steak on garlic bread and/or a brother special cheesesteak on regular roll. The people are great. I got my order wrong and then I sat at a table after ordering at the counter. I was a mess and they were great.

The place was really busy and the staff was helpful and friendly. I ordered onion rings, too, which they cooked right up I got two slices take out, which was in a bag, shoulda been a box really since it was runny. It was still good. I’d go back.

Food here is amazing!!! If you like big meaty tasty wings, this is your place!!! This is the way they should be done, no amateur wings here. Perfect crunch and flavor! They have it nailed. The deluxe Caesar salad is filled with chicken bacon and the normal Caesar fixins. Delicious!! Can’t wait to try the rest of their menu.

Had the baked gnocchi and meatballs. Everything was delicious! Sauce and pasta were both delicious. Meatballs tasted homemade and were the perfect tenderness. Will definitely be back again!
