Mobile ordered. Nobody else was in drive through or in cafe. Was waiting inside and nobody was making my drink. I get when it’s busy and you prioritize certain drinks. But nobody else was there and there were multiple staff members. Eventually my drink got made, but I’ve never been to a starbucks that just doesn’t make drinks. Super bizzarre. Drink was good.

Did a mobile order because I was in a rush and had somewhere to be. I got there 5 minutes after they said it was ready. My muffin was there but not my drinks. 1 car in the drive thru 4 people in the store already with there drinks. 7 employees. Finally someone talked to me and made my drinks while the other 6 employees sat and drank their own drinks. I waited an extra 20 minutes for my drinks and was late to where I needed to be.

Perfect place to go if you don’t want your drink made properly and you want the staff to argue with you about the proper way to make it. Resulting in you having to open the Starbucks app and show them the ingredient list for them to actually make it properly. The amount of attitude I received from the barista and manager was unacceptable.

This spot has a cozy seating area, though it’s missing the big, shared picnic tables for groups. Being newer, it has a clean strip-mall vibe. It’s less warm and inviting than the cozier locations with their dark hardwood tables. Still, it’s classic Starbucks: reliable coffee every time, so no complaints.

The six workers were hustling but all customers were waiting a long time and clearly mad. The line at the register was non-existent which means orders were online and drive through. It was the worst experience. Everyone was angry. 30 minute wait to get one coffee. Skip this one and go down the road to another!

My husband and I had a great experience with Rachel, she was very cheerful and helpful. My family is a neighbor of the store and had a very bad and racist experience with an employee who had a facial deformity. We are very sympathetic to special cases but we are both Asian and she was always racist towards us. I am so disappointed that such a bad thing happened even though we are customers who come to them every day. Today we really appreciated the service and everything from Rachel.

I believe Trevor took my order through the drive-thru at this location on 6/29/25. He and his team had our shaken espresso, hot latte, and hot food ready in like under a minute. It was absurdly fast. As a former Starbucks barista, I was not fully understanding how they got it done so fast. Props to the team here this morning!
