The manager (Whitney) I believe I spelt that right haha. Walked in at 9:55. They closed at 10, Usually, I never do this however we were at Walmart across the street & it was a last-minute thing. First off the cook was Generous enough to make our meal (kitchen had to be closed) management was super friendly & awesome regardless of time. While waiting on our food, another waitress gave us free teas. The atmosphere Was wonderful & couldn’t have asked for a more friendly staff. Accidentally left our desserts (Black tie moose cake) did not realize this until roughly 30 / 45 minutes after we had been home, Far after the restaurant had closed. I thought what the heck so I called anyways. The manager Whitney answered the phone. I told her the situation & asked if I could just swing by and grab it real quick. She was more than willing to make that happen. Totally made my night. Definitely couldn’t have asked for a better staff/management.

Our party of 3 visited on a Tuesday evening. Our server was friendly and timed her visits fairly well. We tried 2 different soups, the mozzarella sticks, 2 pastas, and salad with breads ticks, and it was all either good or very good.

The restaurant was so dark I couldn’t see the chicken was raw until I arrived home and saw my leftovers. I was served raw chicken! I really hope I don’t get sick. I knew the service was slow tonight but am really worried about eating raw chicken. It was so dimly lit. Please be careful of you dine here.

The start off the evening with the host telling us that we had to wait so she could find a server for us however, we were only one of four groups there and party was only 3 people . then the food was subpar. The chicken tortellini Alfredo had cheese sauce that was way too thick, and the salad was drenched in dressing. Our waitress took our order, brought our salads to us and then forgot about us. It took her about 20 minutes after my son got her attention to bring breadsticks to our table. She did have another large birthday party there, but we were there first and I believe should’ve been taken care of first. Then when our meal finally came out along with it came the breadsticks. Our drinks were never refilled when we finally left. My wife called the manager and was told that the manager was too busy to talk and she waited on hold for roughly 30 minutes before talking to anybody. I feel this is not the way of business should be operated or run and needs some attention.

I placed an online order on Christmas Eve. I requested curbside service, but forgot to ask for extra Alfredo sauce, so I went in. There was maybe 5 or 6 people standing there waiting. The you man at the counter was very friendly. You can tell that they had been having a day all day. Yes the orders were taking longer than normal. Some people were upset and started fussing at the staff. In my eyes you have choices you either be quiet and wait or complain and ask for your money back and leave. It’s simple. It’s food. I’m saying that to say THANK YOU to ALL the staff that worked Christmas Eve. Trust me I’ve been in y’all shoes before on holidays. Just remember to breathe smile and do what you can do. There’s so much hate and cruelty in this world block it out when it comes to you and do your job the best way you can. Thanks for feeding us all when yall could have been with family or doing whatever you wanted to do. Your hard work did not go unnoticed!!! Especially when the manager came out to talk to w rude customer and then continued to call the store knowing they were doing the best they could!!! Enjoy yall day off and have a MERRY CHRISTMAS

Me and my husband had an awful experience at this restaurant. They gave us a table, we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order & Nobody never came to our table. No one even asked us what we wanted to drink. There was another couple that came inside after and they took their order first over us. So we decided to leave. There was workers at the front desk. I told them what happened and I said we will never come back to this place. They just looked at us, never said sorry or anything, like they didn’t care at all.

The food is great. Service except on opening day has been horrible. For the lunch special of unlimited soup and salad I should not be dropped a first helping and drinks than have to wait 20 minutes of the call server light flashing to get more to drink and a next serving of soup and salad. 10 minutes after this I finally got a refill. Last time it was a longer wait and never got breadsticks as they “sold out” despite other tables being brought some. Staff really needs to be trained better. Spending $20-50 for two people and spending most of the time waiting on your food and service after being seated is ridiculous.

The food was absolutely delicious! The ambience is amazing and welcoming. Our server, Mercedes, was so helpful, patient and upbeat. She was very attentive. Our food came out hot and fast. Our only complaint was the lack of available silverware. Somehow they ran out of silverware. Many guests had that complaint during our visit. Sounds like management needs to buy less pictures for the walls and more silverware. Also please beware that it is also a $2.99 charge for each game that you play on the kiosk while waiting for your food. It is not posted on the kiosk or before starting the game. It just shows up on your bill. Otherwise, I recommend this restaurant location. The staff was nice and helpful throughout.

Me and my mom were going to eat here last night with my best friend and her dad. We got there before them, and when we got there we were on their waitlist and didn’t have a reservation. Once we got there, the girl was very rude and said I’m sorry. The waitlist request went away and it would be like a 20 minute wait. We were not happy and had to go somewhere else. I hope you guys will hire good people who aren’t very rude and snooty.

My husband, our daughter, and I came in for dinner tonight and waited about 45 minutes for a plate of spaghetti, a soup, and a kids’ pizza. When we mentioned the long wait to our server, our concerns were brushed off and not taken seriously. When the soup finally arrived, it had only one gnocchi and didn’t taste fresh at all. Between the poor service and the disappointing food, this was a very frustrating experience. After reading other reviews, it seems this is a common issue at this location. We won’t be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would.
