Food flavors at Moe’s differ by location and time of day, but today, the food was down right gross. I understand I came after the lunch rush, but the food looked like it was days old and all I tasted was an over powering pepper and salt flavor, nothing else. I’m not coming back. And $11 for a simple bowl, not even a drink was ridiculous.

Its a place where you can make your own burrito, salad, qesadilla, or taco! There might be option im forgetting, but they also have smaller kids options as well. 🙂 employees are always nice, and they have a wide variety of toppings. Is very vegetarian friendly. 🙂 just a little spicy is my only complaint, lol.

Overall it is good quality and value, especially the daily deal. You need the app to get the daily deal – which is not mentioned on the sign outside – and no drink included. Staff is friendly and helpful and it was clean, unlike some of the other Triad locations.

Definitely the best Moes around the triad, in my opinion. Never gets the order wrong, and always tastes great. Also the salsa bar is a lot more fresh looking and tasting than other Moes that I’ve been to.

There’s a lot to it so I’ll try to keep it brief. Ordered online, 15 minute estimate, waited 25 minutes before going in and still stood there waiting for 10 more. Had to ask for the drinks and cookie that I ordered after being handed my bag. Multi-flavor soda machine didn’t have any of the coke options available except classic Coke (which still tasted slightly like cherry Coke anyways.) Got home and found that the sides of sour cream and extra-cost guacamole were not in the bag. I ordered a stack, which looked great on the top, but the bottom was barely browned and definitely not crisp enough to support eating it with that side down. They obviously rushed finishing it since I was waiting with a toddler in my arms half an hour after placing the order. Whatever, disappointing but I started eating anyways. I got two or three bites into it before biting into a chewy, RED piece of CHICKEN and throwing the whole thing away. I have had less than awesome experiences at this location before, but this was by far the worst, and they weren’t even busy. There was one family at a table and handful of people in line. Probably as many employees as customers. I wasted my time and money to have chips and salsa with a pb&j for dinner.

I have eaten at Moe’s once to twice a week for years now. Their food is consistent, fresh and good. I really enjoy the free salsa bar and all of the different options available while going through the line. Most of the time the line moves along very quickly. The rewards program available with the phone app is totally worth your time if you are a regular, it works out to be more than a 10% discount if you visit on Mondays on a regular basis for double points.

My two times at this restaurant were both experiences that I was not impressed by.
First time I came was for a school Spirit night where a percentage of sales would be donated back to the school. It was myself and 3 children and knew it would be very busy, so I downloaded the app and ordered through that, as to not wait in a long line with 3 children under the age of 6.
After paying and asking for my receipt to turn in for the donation process, I was informed online orders don’t count. At no point was this every advertised as part of this franchises advertising for the school spirit night.
My next visit, I also ordered using the app and chose a salad to enjoy on a picnic with the children. I received no forks, no napkins, and one of the milks that comes with a straw attached to the milk container was missing. I asked for queso on my salad and since I had to wait 35 minutes to eat it due to a lack of fork, the lettuce became wilted and soggy and was practically inedible. I called Anthony, the GM, to offer advice for next time and I was yelled at, told to get my own fork, it wasn’t his policy to just give out forks. After speaking with customer service, I was told Anthony lied to me and actually that, yes, for all online orders everything the customer needs should be placed in the bag ahead of time.
I will not be back until a new GM is hired.

Love Moe’s! Great food. We saved these old Moe’s cups and they go right in our dishwasher so we bring them back for our water to avoid the disposable ones.
