Friday.., 1200. No place to park.., had to go down the street abit. Place was not much to look at from the outside, rundown. Place was full.. decor was outdated and obviously in need of some TLC. Took forever for server to come around.., young couple came in and sat at the adjoining table.. after 15 or so minutes they just got up and left. Maybe they were short handed.., seemed only to be the one server handling all tables. Ordered fish and fries along with the catfish sandwich..almost a full 60 minutes later it arrived. The server was friendly and did warn us things were running slow. The food was very good, zero complaints about the food or server. Time sitting was wayyyy to long. This is a small local spot as you could see as people came and went. We will try it again for a breakfast mid morning. Rating based on the very long wait for food, the general cleanliness (or lack of) of the interior and the the general “Falling Apart” appearance inside.

Coffee shop? Don’t come here expecting fancy coffees. The fanciest they get is French vanilla creamer . However the regular coffee is good and $.91 for a cup!!!
Tish, our server is so friendly even with the full house. Nothing fancy about the decor either, think family owned diner, clean and certainly outdated. But with the delicious food at a great price who cares about the older decor.
Hubby and I ordered the ham and cheese omelette to share with the biscuits and gravy on the side. Omelette was very tasty with the eggs being soft and cheese melty. And those biscuits….get out of town delicious!!
Our friends ordered, to share, the what cha ma call it. Certainly seems like a southerner thing (picture attached). He said it was delicious. Hash browns were cooked through and the gravy is country gravy.
They don’t bring your bill to the table, when you’re done you simply go up to the cash register and pay.
For the two meals, side of sausage, three coffees and one hot chocolate our bill was $21 and that includes a 25% tip!!
Parking is limited and was full when we arrived on Sunday morning at 8:30 so we parked across the street…not sure if that’s how it’s done but it was the only place to park.
For a great local place with delicious comfort food this is the place to visit. Don’t expect anything fancy (decor, coffee, or food) but you’ll recent friendly service and down home yummy food.

This sweet little diner is a down home and down to earth feel. The people here are polite, and welcoming.
Don’t expect a franchise feel here, and be grateful for that. The service is personal and real. You will feel a part of the family and that is the appeal of the place.
I had coffee, eggs, sausage, and biscuits & gravy. The server recommended trying jam on the biscuits, and I gave it a shot. It was a simple way to change the meal, and I enjoyed it.
My wife and I ate for about $10, and for the quality of the food (which was very good) that price is insane! Definitely worth eating here, and I will be returning, especially since I have family in the area and I want to support establishments like this one. Great folks!

The food is spectacular! Nothing fancy, just done to perfection. I had lunch on a rainy Saturday with my beautiful mama. We both thoroughly enjoyed everything about Linda’s. I have since ordered take out, & it was perfect. The atmosphere is very welcoming, like going home. Highly recommend❤️❤️

Terrible service food is good they just don’t have enough people working on this Saturday crowd. Waited about a half hour from the food waitress kept on missing things like giving you a coffee in the beginning giving out condiments

Large Cheeseburger with fries were pretty good. Place was a little busy so that’s an indication that the food is good, and it was. A must visit if your in Plesent Hill.
