Went here for the first time a few months ago, and was overwhelmingly pleased with the chicken sandwich. This is my go to place now if a chicken sandwich is in my future. The employees are always really nice, attentive and fast. The restaurant is always clean, and looks nice. The only downside, and it’s not a Popeyes problem, is the location; it can be difficult getting out of the parking lot onto route 65.

I was only going to complain about that both of my drinks have ice in them when specifically ordered without ice (the cold messes with my teeth) even after looking at my order…after getting a dirty look for having to asking for my 2nd drink that was ordered. Like I was trying to get something for free when I paid for it. Talk about rude! But, the plot thickens. I ordered the same thing I always order…the 1/4 pound popcorn shrimp…amongst other things. This is something I get at least once a week, so I’d like to say that I’m pretty familiar with it. I opened the box…and I swear it was like half the order. It wasnt just short a few, it was half empty. Like it was someone else’s and they didn’t finish it. If I wasnt already home before I noticed this, I definitely wouldve called them out over this. I never finish a box of shrimp. Half way to 3/4 at the most. This box of shrimp didn’t stand a chance. Wiped it out and was still hungry. But wait…there’s still more! Also on the order was a bacon and cheese chicken sandwich. Guess what I found when I pulled out the sandwich? Not the bacon and cheese I paid for! And I’ve got a pic of that…with the receipt! Yall really should employ people who can read…so yall dont get lumped into the same atrocious service as you get from the McDonald’s youre next to. Do better, Popeyes!

I rarely have a fast food dinner but I made an exception for Popeye’s today. Big box spicy meal with cole slaw, cajun fries and an apple pie. The chicken was excellent. Light, crispy and lightly spicy. I added some “Bayou Buffalo” sauce to kick it up a notch. Fries were very good. Cole slaw was meh, bland. If I were making the food I’d add some apple cider vinegar. Apple pie was wonderful! The dusting of cinnamon sugar made it special.
Service was fast, the place was reasonably clean though there were still crumbs from the previous user of my table. Price was reasonable. It’s probably the best choice for fast food in this area.

Ok. I know this is a fast food establishment and standards should already be in the mindset of that. But the level of irritation is have about this packaging of the food is on the grade of abhorrent. I have grease all over the food and bag because the fries were haphazardly tossed into paper bags. They were almost cold by the time I got home around 5 minutes later. My daughter cried because she didnt think she got any chicken in her tender box. And the price is ridiculous for the level of service. I was told several times at the drive through “tell me when your ready” or “i am waiting” and when i got up to the window almost 0 words were spoken. Just took my card and swiped it then he dissapeared. Almost $60 spent on cold food. Greasy packaging. And a huge mess that I had to clean up because they dont use anything besides paper bags to hand over their produced food. If you want it warm just eat in the establishment, eat in your car, or take it home and microwave it.
The taste of the food is on par with fast food. The price was high for the quality. Honestly. The store in Robinson has it together. Im not sure what happened to the newer built store in Bellevue.

Had the ghost pepper wings just out of the fryer and they were perfect. Also for the first time had the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it was unbelievable. Simply the best chicken sandwich of all the places such as Chick-fil-A KFC etcetera. It was just out of the fryer and I suggest you asking the same thing make sure it’s just out of the fryer fresh. It does make that much of a difference. The ghost pepper chicken sandwich is the best but the spicy one is pretty good as well as the regular. Spicy chicken breast bone-in is phenomenal just out of the fryer. The ghost pepper wings are really good as well and the spicy tenders are really good as well as the regular tenders but I prefer spicy. If you want to make the best way ask for them just out of the fryer fresh

I have visited your store many times, but there are always two girls who talk in Punjabi and laugh at us. It made me feel very uncomfortable and like I shouldn’t visit this store again. The next time, I went with my friends around 9:30 p.m. We ordered food and were about to sit and eat, but one guy rudely said the lobby was closed. He told one of the Punjabi girls, “Tell your people to leave; the lobby is closed,” and they all spoke to us very rudely. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any other store, especially not at Popeyes.

I ordered the two can dine meal offered in the app. I unfortunately didn’t receive the 6pc wings that come with it, so I called and was able to come back and get them. The manager was very Nice about the situation and threw in an extra dessert. Very appreciate of the great service and understanding!
