Great location .. right on Rt 9 and was in a place where there were so many other restaurants around . Lots and lots of parking .. service was quick .. we love their rice and bean … lots of chairs inside to sit and eat .

Food was ok. Vegetables could b more fresh . Quantity was good . They had good portions of rice and bean .. after taking home it was a bit soggy .. liked it overall but could have been more fresh . 3 stars .

Never ordering online at this chipotle again. Got a chicken bowl through the drive through and once opened not a single piece of chicken was put in. This ain’t the first time this location messed up my order or ran out of multiple items. It can’t be that hard to read an order correctly.

I’ve been to a lot of Chipotles over the years, and usually, the burritos are consistently great — rolled tight, easy to hold, and perfectly portioned. But this visit was honestly the worst experience I’ve had at any Chipotle.
The burrito I got looked like a mug of coffee — I’m not exaggerating. It was so thick and round that it literally resembled a giant coffee mug wrapped in foil. At first, I thought maybe it was just mine, but then I noticed my coworker’s burrito looked the same… and so did the guy sitting across the room. Every single burrito that came out of that line looked like a short, overstuffed cylinder instead of the usual burrito shape.
To make things worse, my coworker didn’t even have rice in his burrito — and somehow, it was still rolled up like that. For context, from the tip of my middle finger to the base of my palm is about 7 inches — and I couldn’t even wrap my hand halfway around this thing. Who do they think can bite into that? My mouth isn’t 10 inches wide!
I really enjoy Chipotle and appreciate how consistent the food normally is, but this location seriously needs to retrain the staff on how to properly roll a burrito. The flavor was fine, but the experience of trying to eat it was ridiculous.
I hope management takes this as constructive feedback and provides some refresher training.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Chipotle. I ordered a bowl and was shocked to find a bug in my food while eating. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I’ve always enjoyed Chipotle, but this experience has made me question whether I can trust the quality and hygiene standards at this location. I hope management takes this issue seriously and ensures stricter food handling and inspection practices moving forward.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The service behind the counter was rude — the staff didn’t even let me finish my order before cutting me off and moving on. It felt rushed and dismissive. On top of that, the food quality was terrible. Almost every piece of steak I got was full of fat, and instead of fresh lettuce, I basically received just leaves. For the price you pay, it’s frustrating to walk away feeling unheard and unsatisfied.

SHARPIE MARKER ON MY BURRITO??? WHAT THE HELL!!!!! When the gentlemen at the counter wrote “S” for my steak burrito, he broke through the foil and when I got home I could not eat this. DISASTER!!!!!

I rarely leave reviews and it’s even more rare that I would leave a 1 star review but this establishment is awful. I own several restaurants in Manhattan and my doors would be shuttered in days if they were run like this location.

The inefficiencies in this location are beyond me. This location was packed with 24 guests waiting in line at 4:30 PM on a Friday. 1 person serving customers, multiple employees roaming around freely. Laughing and joking amongst each other is a blatant sign of disrespect, how do you not value customers time? How do you put nonsense above servicing your clients? Employees roaming around as if there isn’t a line of customers out the door, as if they couldn’t care less.

Not to mention the amount of unsanitary ushers this location has. How on earth do you input data into a temperature log and throughout the whole process cross contaminate everything on the menu? Taking a thermometer from rice to pork to beef to vegetable without sanitizing the thermometer properly is disrespectful to every customer that walks through the door.

Wiping down the stainless steel table tops and leaving behind a trail of a water/bleach mix for food to glide right over it and be soaked and then contained with it is disgusting.

Careless, dangerous and a health hazard.

This location should strongly consider new management!!!! I would happily appreciate a full REFUND ASAP!!!!!!!!

EDIT: tried this location once more. Ordered at 5:40 pm for 6:00 pm pick up time. Ample time to receive an order and prepare it. Didn’t get my food until 6:20 pm. Could’ve waited in line and ordered 3 times by the time my pre ordered food was ready. What a joke! Even more disrespectful? The girl laughing at everyone’s frustration when the person training her gave a smart rebuttable to one of the 3rd party drivers asked if his order was ready. Absolute disrespect, even more so because she was being trained and couldn’t operate a register to save her life. Joke of a staff. Joke of a location. Place needs an extreme overhaul.

My wife ordered two bowls for us and was surprised to open the containers to find soggy and browned lettuce… I don’t understand how they thought this was right to serve in the slightest. Didn’t even bother to contact to customer service because something like this happened last time and they did nothing. Tried to give them a second chance and this was the result… pictures don’t even give the justice of how gross and browned the lettuce was…

I stopped by Chipotle for lunch today. The place was pretty clean and the team members were friendly, smiling, and even made some recommendations, which I appreciated. The food didn’t have the best appearance and could’ve used a bit more seasoning and flavor. I also noticed that, just like the last time I ate Chipotle years ago, it upset my stomach shortly after eating. I’m not sure if it’s something in the recipe or maybe an ingredient that doesn’t agree with me. Overall though, the service was good and the experience was decent.

Absolutely disgusted with the Chipotle in Old Bridge and as a corporation in general. I brought my order home and not much later found myself removing the back of someones EARRING from my mouth that I bit into. It must of fell off into my food while the food was being prepared, because I sure don’t wear earrings. I tried to call the store to speak with a manager and the automated voice would not put me through to anyone from the store. I finally got through to customer support and the girl had the nerve to laugh after I shared my experience. I had no idea how low Chipotle’s standard are for food safety and customer support. Imagine finding a bacteria infested choking hazard in your food and customer support just laughs at you and then disconnects the call without rectifying the issue.

Dam it! You go through the drive-thru and you give them the correct name of the order they then hand you bag and off you go to your home on a cold winter night expecting to have a great dinner until … you get home and find a different order in the bag they handed you. Poor Gabby (mistaken order victim #2) who will also be the other casualty of this mix up. Chipotle I understand we’re human but mixing up names leaves us all now double checking our orders in the drive thru with cars lined up behind us because we don’t have faith in your basic function. Sadly I had to throw out this order and not have the meal we all planned on having. It’s also dark and freezing out with snow and ice and we were not leaving our home for a 2nd round trip to make up for your error. I am truly angry as this ruined our evening meal.
