As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

My wife and I pulled up to the speaker. The young man working the speaker was quite rude he didnt have smart remarks he’s just not the man who should run the speaker. First we only ask for two burgers after we decide what to order. We pull up to the window and theirs a female just a chewing I don’t know if it was food or gum but if you working in the kitchen you shouldn’t be chewing, flies were every where no problem I roll my window up then the rude guy returns to the window and pulls us forward for two burgers ok no problem. After paying we did not receive our receipt and we parked, I get the text from my bank I just spent $10.98 for two burgers oh hell no. So I get out walk to the window let the young lady know what happen she says he’s gonna fix it but then I see him creeping from around back and goes to my car so I approach him to find out nothing has been done as I’m talking to him he’s steady walking off like what I have to say or even address doesn’t matter. So when I got back to the hospital because I’m here to see my mom in icu come to find out my bacon on my baconn burger is raw, I didnt get an apology for the wait the mix up or even having to pull forward. What happen to world class customer service. Be for I moved away from Deridder checkers was my favorite place not any more ill never eat here again or refer it to a friend id rather drive to Mrs Burger at least ill know ill have good customer service and the staff is not trying to kill me with raw food.

Went through the drive thru. This us how much ice was left in my medium drink after alot of it melted and me drinking all of the actual beverage out of it. If I wanted to pay for ice I would stop at the gas station and get a 5lb bag for the same price.

After moving away from my hometown and favorite Checkers, I craved those fries and burgers like you wouldn’t believe! Visiting my wife’s hometown, I was able to satisfy my Checkers cravings. New menu items, same great fries and good customer service left me 1 satisfied customer!

Never disappointed when I visit this Checkers! As annoying as it is sometimes to not be able to immediately eat your food it’s a good thing. Fries are always too hot to eat cause they’re fresh out of the fryer and food is never premade sitting underneath a warming light.

Food is fresh and delicious! Customer service on point. Everybody was polite. I had to be pulled and my food came out fast hot and fresh! I haven’t ate checkers in a minute but I will drive off post and come again.

My son just had Checker’s for the first time and ordered the Baconzilla. He said hands down it is the best burger he has ever had! The Blue Raspberry slush was yummy too 🙂

Never order the wings from this place. They’re cheap because they’re disgusting. The meat was chewy and just gross. Couldn’t eat it. The fries were good and so was the oreo stacker. But so sad that all 20 wings I ordered were trash.
