The person actually serving me and my husband was rude as hell to my husband but nice to me at the end. When asked if it was for here or to-go the lady cleaning the lobby said “ugh to-go” look Iv worked food service and no matter how much you don’t want someone eating in your lobby after cleaning it YOU NEVER SAY IT OUT LOUD. And it’s 3:12pm you’ve still got dinner rush to get through

I have been here for a couple times and this time is really disappointing. I ordered a burrito and the lime rice is not fully cooked. I am surprised the “chef” wasn’t able to tell if the rice is cooked or not. The rice was still hard to chew. I can’t finish the food and have to bring it home and cook some more. As expected, the place need to clean up before sat down. So I paid my money to be a cook and waitress in a restaurant. That’s a very interesting business model.

*Update:

Qdoba has contacted me to compensate my loss but unfortunately they still haven’t fulfilled their promise. Very disappointed about their service and the quality of food.

I received the skimpiest quesadilla I’ve ever had. There was barely any filling and almost no cheese. Everything was clumped in one area and the rest of it was just a dry tortilla. The burrito bowl I had was good, but the quesadilla was extremely disappointing.

Came here for Steak Nachos around 8pm on a Saturday. I was told by the cashier that they were out of chips. I seen the lady in the back currently frying chips so I asked how long and she said they were out for good. I said it’s fine and that I would try another location. I changed my mind came back in less than 10 minutes later to just get a bowl and I would go to the store and purchase my own chips.They magically had chips. While making my bowl she took a half scoop of meat, I asked if I could have more meat she said it would be extra. Paid $15.99 for this and the chips were stale. I’ve never had any problem at this location until today. Horrible service.

This establishment is very dirty. The chicken was dry and over cooked. There were no towels in the bathroom. Plus the price for food is very expensive considering it’s a fast food joint.

I’ve ordered a lot of times. Previously I ordered in place and it was good. Today is the first time I made a pick up order that had shrimp and steak, however, I only got shrimps and no steak in my bowl. Just double checked on the app that I made the correct order. disappointed

Came in 5/15/25 at 12:50pm there was a sign on the door saying they were shortstaffed and that they would only be taking online orders until 1 PM figured because it was only 10 minutes that I would wait. They had the line blocked off so you couldn’t walk through to order sat around till 115 before I realize that nobody plan to take anyone’s order that was sitting around waiting. Decided I would try again 5/19/25 came in 1 o’clock No sign on the door and the line was not blocked. There was three people working. When I walked to the front of the line because there was no one in line and everyone else had their food they told me that the only way I could order food if I did it online. Personally, do not understand why I need to order something online, especially since I only plan on getting a cup of soup to go. Probably won’t be back tired of being disappointed and hungry.

Guys…if you can’t wrap a burrito, don’t offer them on the menu.
100% of the time I order one, no matter the time of day, day of the week, online or in store…you all just put in the minimal amount of effort to wrap the damn thing up.

And now I’ve got to go rush and make a plate/bowl of paper towels so I don’t make a greasy mess out of your tables. Smh
