General manager likes to keep pulling his pants up and then touches your food with his fingers , when you say something to him he gets all aggressive and says he’s been in this business for 25 years. I can just cop your meal and you can leave. Real peace of work

Past experiences with past managers at this location have not always been the greatest, but in the last little while management (Chemae) has changed and has been so much better. Tanya who’s been there for a bit has been great and has always been working very hard and going above and beyond to make sure her customers are happy as well as trying to please her bosses and working over her expectations. Would recommend this store!

This is certainly one of the rarest Pizza Hut locations that still makes pizza to perfection by the book. Everything is always consistently great about this specific location: top service, perfect pizza taste that’s more like gourmet style; perfect bread sticks, perfect wings, and very clean, pleasant and cozy pizza joint. I alway stop here with the family when we visit the nearby Massanutten resort. I highly recommend this place.

The WORST Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to! “General Manager” had an attitude and every excuse under the sun for the poor service and lack of accountability for said “service”. Corporate needs to shut this place down and start over. I will never return to this place ever again! The 3 new workers were trying their best with NO leadership to lean on. Over charging us then having to have everything re-rang up for the correct amount. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SO CALLED “PLACE OF BUSINESS” SEVERAL other customers were either leaving without getting their food or just leaving because of the poor customer service!

Is it just me or has this place gone down hill here at the end of this year? Went on a summer vacation at the end of July came back about August the 14th and went to order a pizza and there was no delivery service. Said I had to use door dash?? What’s that? Since when can doors dash? Looks like Wawa will be getting MY business and not the pizza hole.

Tried to be decent and give this Pizza Hut another chance. Boy… What a mistake.. My fiance ordered 2 of their pizzas. She picked them up just before closing. She got home with the pizzas and we got a surprise. One pizza was way over cooked. The other had the crust on it all kinds of jacked up. Looks like somebody took a bite out of it and put it in the box. Now i know it was the end of their shift and they were ready to go home. But there is no way they should have allowed these pizzas to leave the store.

Mm mm MMmmmmm. I love me tummy some pizza, especially when it’s made in a hut! The Elkton hut of the pizza is quite elegant in every way. I relish the day when the hut of pizza is on every street block in Elkton.
