I often eat at BMC Pho and I always order Pho #1 — it’s absolutely delicious. Honestly, this is the best Pho I’ve ever had. The broth is rich and flavorful, the meat is always fresh, and the noodles are perfectly cooked. I really appreciate how clean the place is, plus there’s always convenient parking right outside. The staff is super friendly and welcoming every time I visit. You can tell they really care about their customers. Tasty, quick, and consistent — everything you want in a perfect lunch. The beef pho wasn’t as tasty as other places, though maybe because there was an event that day and they keep adding water to the broth or something. Not too much meat either. I’ll come back to try other stuff on their menu like their sandwich and drinks. Decent amount of parking as it shares the plaza with other stores. Not much seating inside.

I go to BMC Pho regularly, and it honestly feels like a second home by now. Today I had their beef and macaroni soup again — sounds like a simple dish, but they always make it special. I wasn’t actually looking for this place, I just happened to see it and wanted to check out this particular location. I’ve been to their other locations and a regular at the one on Hacienda and Gale. This is a bigger location that can offer a ton more food. It was about 5pm on a Friday and a lot of food was gone. Ordered 3 Bahn mi’s. 2 Egg rolls and a milk tea! Inflation, prices of the bahn mi was a bit higher here then the other locations, the egg roll and milk tea with boba was delicious. A bit tight on the cilantro and meat. The customer service was great!

I come in and wait to be serviced, these people see me, but ignore me, not very professional and very poor customer service, I couldn’t even place an order, very tragic indeed, these Asian employees and owners don’t seem to realize or care that the area where they decided to have a business is quite diverse, Latino, Asian, Caucasians, black and they seem to only want to serve those like-minded. I would definitely like to know who the owner is and how this business has managed to stay in business. They seem intolerant, unfortunately I have encountered a particular treatment when I’ve gone into business that are of Asian persuasion. I’ve been here before a couple of times before and I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt once more as I have had a bad and similar experience a couple years ago, I can honestly say nothing has changed since then. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
