This place is the single handedly most unprofessional dominos on earth. I’ve ordered pizzas from here for a few years now but today is the last straw. when you have to wait for 2.5 hours for your order. For their system to say it was delivered but wasn’t for another 5 minutes. Then the pizza to be colder than it is outside (54F). My wife called them back to get the pizza they said it would be ready in 10 mins. I get there don’t say a word and the pizza comes out the oven. The girl cutting the pizzas asked; ”what is this for?”. The Manager replied “Remake” The girl than said “Because the other one was cold?” That right there tells me we are not the only home today to receive cold pizza. This place needs and ultimate audit. Absolutely absurd business. If there was a Dominos across the street from them that made food with their feet after walking barefoot in a pigsty. I would rather eat/order from it then this Dominos. DO BETTER GET GOOD! I didn’t say word in store just be glad I didn’t.

I usually have good luck with this place but the past couple times my luck has definitely run out. Today I ordered 2 medium pizzas and everything seemed okay but now at 11pm at night I have both of my kids violently throwing up and pooping their brains out. TMI I know but I’m 99% sure my kids got some type of food poisoning from this location. Also I had ordered a month back and it was stuck on the “checking quality” for over 20 mins. I called them and they said the driver should be back soon and I would have my food delivered. Well 30 mins goes by and I called back again and when the manager answered he told me that he was sorry but didn’t know where his driver disappeared to. So I had wasted about 2 hours waiting for this food while he never once called me I had to call them and didn’t even try to make it right. I hate being this person to write a crappy review but since I’m dealing with 2 kids being super ill because of it, I had to say something.

Seriously?! Ya’ll forget a pizza, i try calling, and it said it was out of service(whoch later i found out it does work) So I drive up there. The pizza that was forgotten was sitting there for me when i arrived. But it hardly any cheese and probly cold cause it’d been sitting there for who knows how long so I said it was unacceptable. They remake it and this is what I get?!!!! Plus 1 of our other pizzas was also horrible.. Dude. I am DONE ordering from yall… Dominos in mound view just lost a regular customer all because yall didn’t want to make sure the pizza was PERFECT to help reconcile the first mistake..
The employees were real nice and remorseful but come on!!
Also, I did make a mistake thinking we were missing the half pepperoni half cheese but we were missing the half sausage half pepperoni.. thats really beside the point though.
OH, and when i say regular customer, we would order EVERY FRIDAY!!! Sometimes more.. i will be bringing my business else where!!

It has been years since I had dominos and I heard they were making a come back so I figured I’d give it a try. I ordered 3 pizzas and each one had an error. It was honestly impressive how bad this experience was.

NOW There is still NO way to order DOUBLE extra cheese, thats the #1 reason we stopped ordering.. When I pay for light sauce Extra cheese (thats the most it lets me order) and I can still see sauce through the cheese nobody’s happy. Sometimesit seemed like they would give me the oppositeof my order pizza look like they have light cheese extra sauce just gross.. why not allow 2x extra cheese? If they are so stingy with the cheese even after charging so much for “extra” they should add another option for 2x cheese.. U can get a whole bag of cheese for $2 at walmart and dominos charges $2 for “extra” cheese only to put on like half a handfull more. It makes me so mad when I remember the good old days they had the extra extra cheese option now my family hates domingos. Never enough cheese and no way to ask for more online SMH and Idk how the Jim flourman dude on an old review got his pizzas made so cheesy?? If my pizzas looked like that I sure wouldn’t be complaining!

honestly this was one of the worst delivery experiences i’ve had in forever and it wasn’t even just the wait (which was INSANE), it was the constant lying and the way they kept changing the story like we were just supposed to sit there and accept it… we ordered a pizza and ended up waiting over an hour and 45 minutes which is not “busy” or “a little behind” like come on, that’s basically a whole night, and if it’s going to take that long just say that up front so people can cancel and eat literally anywhere else instead of wasting their time staring at their phone… but no, when i called the first time they told me it had already been made but the delivery driver “wasn’t there” which makes zero sense because what does that even mean, so it’s just sitting there getting cold and that’s supposed to make it better?? and then when it kept dragging on and we called AGAIN suddenly the story changes to “the remakes are just coming out” and that was a lie too because it still didn’t show up anywhere close to that time, so which is it, already made, remakes coming out, or nobody actually knows what’s going on and they’re just saying whatever sounds good to get you off the phone… because that’s exactly what it felt like, like we were being strung along with fake updates instead of someone just being honest… and that’s the part that really made me mad because i can understand places getting slammed sometimes, but you don’t get to waste almost two hours of someone’s night and then feed them random excuses that don’t match reality… you’re not just selling pizza, you’re selling convenience, and there was NONE of that here, by the time we were still waiting forever it was already frustrating and we felt like we just didn’t matter at all… this location needs to learn basic honesty and communication because i can forgive a long wait, i can’t forgive being lied to and jerked around, we won’t be ordering from this one again.

Every time I get delivery, the food is always hot and fresh, it comes fast always, and great service. They delivered for me tonight even though they were minutes before closing, and I was paying in cash. I felt bad I couldn’t tip more than I did. Very much appreciated!!

Something is terribly wrong with this location. I ordered many pizzas here and given them chance after chance. Why does your sauce always taste weird and different than other locations? Why is your pizza either undercooked or overcooked and not made like other locations? Why do you guys never cut the pizza correctly like other locations do? I can’t even take a slice off the pizza without tearing it. Why is your pizza tasteless and pasty rather than saucy? Please send someone here from corporate for new training cause surprisingly people don’t know how to simply make a pizza.

I called stating that I would like a remade sandwich or a refund for receiving a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with 5 pieces of chicken . The driver insisted that I was lying and that he made my sandwich personally and stated if I wanted to create an issue about the sandwich that I drive to dominos to show them the sandwich. The worst customer service ever, will never ever order here ever again
