Update: They did the one thing I asked them not to do. They put mayonnaise all over my food. Mayonnaise disgusts me & I told them that. Now I have some thinking to do.

The place is clean and the food is yummy. The service is a bit slow during rush hour. The staff is very friendly. This place is very enjoyable so it’s best to bring your friends along. I say this place is a great place to eat.

The reason for the three star and the two-star is because I can go on the night shift and the service the atmosphere and the food will be phenomenal but I can go during lunch hour for example this one particular drive-thru lady was so rude when I came in today between 1:00 and 2:00 I handed her my card i Asked her how she was doing she straight up ignored me and let the door close and then didn’t even look at me or acknowledge me when she handed me my food I told her to have a good day again she didn’t even look at me she just said you too and close the doors

Horrible customer service‼️ through drive thru. Asked a question 3 times if I can change a sandwich to another 1 and instead of answering it they already asking what size I want it all 3 times. Received our food bread and burger patty was burnt they didn’t give us our complete meal. The female manager was rude when we went back to ask for our missing items. Only gave us 3 napkin for 4 burger meals. They literally didn’t have any customers to get horrible food/ service like this.

I will never come back to this location ever again. Employees are rude and the manager is even rudder. I have never in my life seen a manager straight up argue with a customer about one extra sauce. I have never had that issue with any Burger King at any other location. God forbid of you want 2 sauces for your burger and chicken fries. I have never had to pay for extra sauce from a burger king in my life but the thing is I would have if they would have told us that from the beginning cause we told them all the sauces we wanted but when it came down to getting our food I got my sauce with my extra sauce for free but my husband got damn near cursed out for his. 0/10 do not recommend this location. Not one part of my experience here was good and this was my first time at this location. My husband has been to this location many times cause he worked at Interstate right next door and before this new management he never had a problem there before.
