I’ve been eating Taco Bell for 3-4 years and I LOVEEEE THE FOOD!!! Today I checked there menu and I saw there was something new called “Franks RedHot chicken nachos! Me and my family loved it!! We ended up buying 3!!!! PLEASE KEEP IT !!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this Taco Bell location. I placed an order, and the delivery driver waited about 30 minutes for the order because it was not ready.
I called the store to check on it, but the employee who answered did not seem to understand what I was saying in English. She hung up on me twice, and when I tried calling again, no one answered.
This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management works on improving communication and customer service.

I went here for the first time with my son after going there twice in California about 10 years ago. The burritos were better than I expected. I ordered a burrito taco combo, and my son ordered two burritos. I wish the staff were a little more friendly.

Kareena is the name of the employee, who was very rude, not ready to understand or help. We ordered bean chalupa but received the bean. When we went to replace it, they took it and gave the same back saying that we ordered beef. Then we said dont give us the one you took from us cos of hygiene, kareena said she’ll make a new one but beef only not beans. There is no courtesy for customers. Extremely cheap behavior, so low. Not going again.

Fast service for drive thru. Burritos and Tacos are always good for snacking. Nachos were all eaten up while in the car. Everything taste good.

I usually come here and it’s fine (hence 2 stars instead of 1), but to the night shift of 6/24/24, I was shocked when I opened my bag at home. In my order, I received a normal quesadilla instead of my crunchwrap supreme, a rice and bean burrito instead of my 5 layer cheese burrito, and my cheesy potatoes were just never added.
To top it all off, when I was handed my iced coffee, the guy at the register asked for it back, took off my lid with his bare hands, added ice and handed it back it to me. Just unpleasant all around and if it wasn’t so late i’d want a full refund, but oh well. Sad.
Update: It goes deeper. My cheesy gordita crunch (which was a free reward and is now gone), as well as my two soft tacos were reduced to 3 soft tacos with beans instead of meat. The only thing that was actually right on my order was my coffee, and even THAT got messed up. What a sad night to be a taco bell fan ☹️
