Great Food!! Reasonable prices!! Generous portions!! I am a bit of a bbq snob and can honestly say The Swinery throws down. Great staff. We dealt with our server and the owner who were both a pleasure. Fun atmosphere. As far as the food, I had the 3 meat plate with pulled pork, brisket, and pastrami. Also garlic broccoli and some crazy mashed potatoes. Everything was on point!! This place is a real gem and myself and extended family will definitely be back. Also recommended are the ribs (I stole a few of my sister’s). Thanks for a great meal guys!!

Absolutely fantastic food and friendly owners. We had the pulled pork, pastrami, mac and cheese, garlic broccoli, beans and baby reds, and the jalapeno cornbread, any one of which was good enough to warrant a return trip. Plus the loaded bloody mary is an appetizer in itself. Go here, you won’t be disappointed.

Great atmosphere and beautiful view of Lake Michigan. The food is amazing southern home-style cooking. Yo can really taste the hickory smoked flavor. No sauce needed but the mustard sauce is my favorite!

Went for the first time today, not impressed. Brisket was very dry and I didn’t get one of my two sides, however I believe in second chances so I will be returning to give it another shot. Portions and prices were very good, and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Smokin’ is the operative word. Pitmaster (seriously) is from NC. The couple are quite the entertainers.
Ribs are excellent and arrive dry-rub smoked, unsauced. This allows you to slobber on your own choice of sauce. Tender, flavorful, and plentiful. Blackened catfish was excellent too. Sides are quite tasty.
Old fashioned cocktails are wonderful, although the rest of the bar is under development. Stay tuned, it will develop.
Don’t judge table space by the parking. Lots of table spaces available with a full lot.

All the meats had a good smoky flavor, everything is priced well for the amount of food you get. You will more than likely bring home left overs. Great food run by great people
