I will absolutely not be ordering for here ever again. I am so very disappointed and upset about my experiences with this business. Last time I ordered from here it took my food a hour and a half to get delivered they forgot my drink and it took another hour and a half for that to arrive. This time it took two hours for my food to be delivered, while 10 other orders sat in the back seat of the delivery car. My order sat so long everything was extremely cold (mozzarella, fries, chicken sub) the mozzarella sticks were completely hollow. The box my salad came in the dressing was completely dumped all over the box and left little to nun for my salad. The fries were extremely soggy and wet. The sub was freezing cold and soggy as well. They did send a free cookie with my meal to try and make up for my $48 order being delivered over 2 hours after it was ordered.

I will never again order from here (and will be giving a warning to others who may want to give this place a try). I ordered a pizza, chicken tenders, and mozzarella sticks for delivery around 7 pm. I then proceeded to wait for 2.5 hours for my food to arrive. I called at around the hour and half mark to then be told that it would be another 30 minutes to an hour for my food to arrive. The food when it came was fine. The pizza was lukewarm at best and the rest was warm. I don’t understand how this is allowed. I should have listened to my gut about all the other reviews and not ordered from here.

It is currently 8:53 pm while I’m typing this. This pies guys establishment closes at 9pm but the staff INSISTED on making me a fresh new pizza due to a ticket mishap form a third party issue that had nothing to do with them. I am amazed with the kindness of the staff they were so kind and eager to help me get a fresh new pizza, the correct one and I couldn’t be happier. And they truly didn’t make a big deal out of it at all (which I wouldn’t have blamed them if they did considering they had to close within 10 minutes ‍♂️). I deadass thought I was going home a failure and let my family down by not coming back with the right pizza but they did not allow that to happen. Straight clutch superhumans they are . HUGE SHOUTOUT to Issac and Alaina with the outstanding service and they were just so chill and helpful and made my nigh truly, #itsthelittlethings. PLEASE give them a raise or at the very least the proper praise and acknowledgment they deserve for being themselves, the pie guys GOATS .

Foods fine, SLOWEST DELIVERY EVER.
I just feel so bad for the people who work there and have to deal with people like me who call wondering where their order is that had been placed 3 HOURS AGO AND STILL HASN’T GOTTEN HERE. Guys, this is unacceptable. Pizza places should take 90 Mins MAX, not 3 HOURS.
Guys, lets be real. The only reason we put up with this is cause wonzones isnt even food, and we just forget about sub shop and fajita grill. Some of the staff are rude, but thats par for the course with food service. I can tell you that what I don’t wanna hear after waiting a few hours for my food is “yeah, no, 2.5 hours is pretty normal for a Monday.”
I’m hungry and its YOUR fault.

The worst service. Rude management, when you wait 2 hrs for your food and everything is cold and your wings are pretty much cold and have no sauce when you ask for extra. I ordered a gyro that was falling apart because it was so soggy. And I got nothing in return.

UPDATE: My wife has food poisoning now. Literally never ever again. Just read through the other reviews and apparently this has been an issue now for OVER A YEAR. They either need new management or to go out of business.

Please actually read this review and save yourself some money. I spent my time writing this review so your dinner wasn’t ruined like mine.

Some backstory – I’ve lived in Oswego for over 5 years now and on and off have had Pie Guys throughout that time. Quite honestly, a few years ago it was not bad, but it also wasn’t good either… It was just fine. About a year ago we had a horrible experience and decided to patronize other local food spots instead.

Fast forward to today; my family decided to give Pie Guys a chance again, and I heavily regret that decision and it will never be a mistake I make again, and this review will detail why.

We ordered a large Buffalo chicken pizza, an order of loaded fries, and 10 buffalo wings. The person on the phone wasn’t too friendly or responsive and seemed like they were possibly distracted. They took the order, gave the total and said “we’ll work on it”. A time estimation would be nice, but that’s not a big deal. We ordered on a Sunday for delivery and it took about an hour and 15 minutes until our food arrived. Once we received our food there was an issue with each item, so I’ll break it down piece by piece.

Buffalo chicken pizza – it was literally room temperature. Not hot, not sort of hot like it cooled on the way from the delivery drive – but room temperature. For context, the cheese was hard to the touch and did not stretch but instead “broke” when I separated the slices. On top of that, the breaded chicken they use was beyond horrible quality. It was either old chicken that they repurposed (from another menu item?), previously cooked in the past or something else because it was barely edible. By “edible” I mean it was extremely hard to chew and extremely unpleasant. To make matters worse, the amount of chicken on the pizza for what they charge for it should be at least a class A misdemeanor.

Loaded fries – more room temperature food. Have you ever melted cheese on top of something and it’s really nice and stretchy? You can picture it right? Well this was not that at all.

Can you picture what microwaved shredded cheese looks like on top of fries and then you waited 15 – 20 minutes (at least) to THEN try and eat it? So you get a hard shredded cheese blob that all the fries stick together to? That is this. Flavorless and under seasoned in general if that couldn’t make matters worse.

Buffalo wings – ordered 10 wings extra crispy and hot. We got 10 wings and that was the extent of what they got correct. The skin on the wings was the antithesis of crispy – loose skin that was a little suspect to say the least (more on this in a second). To their credit, the buffalo sauce was pretty good, but that is about where the high marks end. The first wing was just fine (minus the lack of skin actually seeming even remotely fried) but the second and third wings were not. The second wing’s skin was rubbery and after biting into the wing it was UNDERCOOKED. Pretty unacceptable especially for chicken. Spit it out and decided to try one more because I was hoping it was just unlucky. That one was ALSO UNDERCOOKED. Threw the whole thing out.

Total order was around $60 after delivery and tip. I will never come back to Pie Guys ever again and I strongly suggest anyone reading this review to consider any of the other local establishments for decent food, a better value, and better service all together.

If I could give a 0/5 I would. Pitiful.

It took me 13 calls to finally get through. Once someone answered, they took my order and initially took it incorrectly. Told me 40 minutes for delivery… after calling again after an hour with no delivery, the girl who answered the phone told me to hold, finished her call then hung up on me. Tried to say she didn’t hear anything on my end when I was clearly hung up on. I called back – stated I was told 40 minutes and she replied ‘I don’t know who told you 40 minutes but your order is here but we’re waiting on the delivery driver to come back and you order will be out ‘soon’. I asked for a discount for the LIE I was given, she put me on hold and told me they cannot offer a discount. This restaurant is an absolute JOKE and unfortunately the only place that delivers to the town of Oswego; where service ALWAYS falters when the college students are back. Stay away if you can; you’re better off ordering from bridge street pizza or even dominoes and picking it up.

I ordered a margarita pizza and it’s supposed to have lots of mozzarella and no REGULAR CHEESE. yet clearly in the photo it shows it. And there’s hardly any tomatoe.! I called and the woman who made it swore up and down she made it right and was outright rude. Very bland. Horrible

We stopped and purchased their pizza dough . We like to make our own pizza at home. The staff is very friendly and service is quick. We have ordered pizza and wings in the past , their food is great , but expensive.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pie is pretty good overall… their other locations are pretty consistent. Their garlic pie is great.
